Horizon Forbidden West update 1.2.47 is available to download on PC. According to the official Horizon Forbidden West PC patch notes, the latest update focuses on improving stability, fixing bugs, and addressing optimization issues. Apart from this, Horizon Forbidden West patch 1.2.48 also include optimizations to tackle stutters occurring in certain locations within the game.
Previously, HFW update 1.147 added various tweaks and quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, since the release, players are facing a number of issues with the game. Forbidden West update 1.2 will address a few of these issues.

Horizon Forbidden West 1.2.48 Patch Notes – April 11, 2024
Stability and Performance:
- Improved stability and optimized to reduce stuttering in certain areas.
- UI Fixes: Addressed issues with the Level and XP bars displaying incorrectly.
- Visual Improvements: Fixed visual corruption on the map for AMD Radeon RX 6000 GPUs.
- Quality of Life: Opening the Weapon Wheel now centers the mouse pointer.
- Key Binding: Clearing a key binding no longer resets to default after restarting the game.
- Skill Learning: Skills are no longer automatically learned when showing information with Toggle enabled for Menu Hold Actions.
- UI Enhancements: Various fixes to UI bugs.
