Hell is Us Update 1.007 Patch Notes (Patch 1.5) – January 13, 2026

Hell is Us game update 1.007 (v1.5) is available on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Hell is Us patch notes, the latest patch 1.5.40–1.5.42 adds MyNacon integration with a cosmetic reward, improves photo mode and UI navigation. Additionally, Hell is Us patch 1.007 also fixes key achievement issues, and introduces XeSS Frame Generation and input updates on PC while correcting trophy languages on PS5.

General Features Added

• Integrated MyNacon third-party account with an optional cosmetic reward: Poutine Cap.

• Displayed charge attack damage in the info panel.

• Adjusted thumbstick sensitivity within UI menus.

• Enabled looping focus navigation on item lists.

• Added vertical camera movement in photo mode using R2/L2 or LT/RT.

• Added option to invert Y-axis in photo mode.

• Added option to enable full datapad boot animation.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved achievement issue where Lend an Ear would not unlock if the player skipped talking to Lukhan before giving him the radio.

• Various general stability and bug fixes.

PC-Only Improvements

• Added XeSS Frame Generation.

• Added walk toggle option.

• Implemented automatic input remapping based on keyboard layout.

PlayStation 5-Only Fixes

• Corrected trophy language support for fr-fr, sp-mx, and pt-pt.
