HALO Infinite November 19 Update Patch Notes (Official)

HALO Infinite November 19 update is now available to download on PC and Xbox. According to the official Halo Infinite patch notes, the latest update added improvements and fixes to the game. Apart from this, today’s Halo Infinite MP beta patch also includes stability and performance fixes.

The game is now available for players on PC and Xbox for free.

  • Microsoft Store and Xbox app: max size of 720mb
  • Xbox consoles: max size of 710mb
  • Steam: max size of 130mb

What is new in today’s Halo Infinite update Patch Notes? – November 19, 2021

  • Halo Credits purchased outside of Steam, for example in the Microsoft Store, are now reflected when playing Halo Infinite on Steam
  • Oddball rounds now have a 5-minute timer in matchmaking
  • Stability improvements in Big Team Battle matches
  • Various service-related improvements

Challenge and Progression Changes in Halo Infinite

The team made several Challenge and progression updates on November 18th, 2021. Players now earn XP by completing matchmade games. The “Play 1 Game” Daily Challenge is worth 50 XP each match. The pool of available Challenges was also updated to better serve players of all skill levels.

XP Boosts were increased to 1 hour. The in-game tooltip may continue to show 30 minutes, but the Boost’s timer will start from 60 minutes once activated.

The team also resolved issues with the following Challenges that meant progress was not tracked:

  • Heat of the Moment
  • It Bears Repeating
  • Jorge Would Be Proud
  • Ultra Tech

All players who sign-in between November 23-30 will receive this week’s Ultimate Reward: The Sigil Mark VII Visor.

How to update Halo infinite on Windows 10 (Microsoft Store)?

  1. Close Halo Infinite if it is open
  2. Open the Microsoft Store app
    • Type Microsoft Store into the Windows search bar to find it
  3. Log in with the Microsoft Account that purchased Halo Infinite
    • To sign out or check what account has automatically signed in, select the profile icon
  4. Select Library
  5. Scroll down to Halo Infinite
    • Programs with updates available are listed in the Library first
  6. Select Update
  7. Your update will then download and install
