According to the official GTA 5 1.54 patch notes, the latest update adds luxury hilltop Safehouses, new missions, premium vehicles, and a full Mission Creator. Players receive business boosts, property upgrades, security options, and expanded GTA+ perks. Apart from this, GTA 5 patch 1.54 also includes general stability and gameplay performance fixes.
