Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix – Total Length: 4,655m. Elevation Change: 30m. Number of corners: 16. Longest Straight: 1047m. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya opened in September 1991, a year before Barcelona hosted the Olympics. Located approximately 30km north of the famous Spanish city, it has become one of the most popular venues for motorsports events, including the Formula One Spanish Grand Prix. With a long straight and a large variety of tricky corners, the race track challenges both drivers and cars alike.
