Gray Zone Warfare hotfix 5.3 is rolling out on PC. According to the official GZW patch notes, the latest update addresses performance issues, task completion bugs, quest item respawn issues, and AI sound reaction. Apart from this, Gray Zone Warfare patch 5.3 also includes server optimizations and AI behavior improvements.
Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several server issues. The upcoming Gray Zone Warfare update 5.3 will address the remaining issues and bugs.

- Fixed performance issues introduced with Hotfix 5.2.
- Fixed an issue where a task might fail to register as completed after double-clicking the handover button.
- Fixed several issues related to the task “The More The Merrier.”
- Fixed an issue where quest items might fail to respawn if players destroy them in their locker.
- Fixed AI not reacting to sounds coming from behind.
Changes
- Changed various server optimizations to reduce rubberbanding.
- Changed improvements to AI behavior when facing multiple players.
