Going Medieval update 10 (0.16.26) is rolling out on PC. According to the official Going Medieval patch notes, the latest update introduces bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
Previously, a major Going Medieval update added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s Going Medieval patch 0.16.26 will fix a few of these issues.

Going Medieval 0.16.26 Patch Notes – March 13, 2024
- Bug Fixes:
- Multiple crash occurrences have been fixed.
- Settlers getting stuck in water in certain spots despite a clear way out have been resolved.
- Detection issue with campfires outside the great hall causing room detection problems has been fixed.
- Snow now properly changes with the seasons on slopes.
- Settlers will now refuel torches above merlons, and settlers with disabled haul jobs will no longer haul corpses after a hunt.
- Cannibals and those with callous perks now receive appropriate modifiers related to human skin interaction.
- Alignment issue with the brazier On/Off selection has been corrected.
- Quality of Life Improvements:
- A message now appears if construction is forced via right-click, but the settler is unable to reach the destination.
- Players are advised to save and reload the game if settlers end up stuck or not behaving as intended.
