God of War Ragnarok update 5.04 is available to download on PS4 and PS5. According to the official God of War Ragnarok 5.04 patch notes, the latest update focuses on enhancing gameplay experience, fixing bugs, and improving general stability for a smoother gaming session. Apart from this, God of War Ragnarok patch 5.04 also includes general stability fixes.
Previously, a major God of War Ragnarok update 5.01 added God of War Ragnarök: Valhalla DLC. Unfortunately, since the last major patch, players are facing various issues. Today’s GOW Ragnarok patch 5.04 will fix a few issues in the game.

- Resolved an issue with rifts not closing and obstructing progression after extended play.
- Fixed the problem preventing the successful unlocking of the Rönd of Purification.
- Adjusted score calculations to increase rewards for higher risk-taking and avoiding death.
- Corrected final score calculation discrepancies after using suspend and resume.
- Addressed the reappearance of health stones and Axe Weapon Glyph: Bare Force.
- Fixed the Axe Labor: Pride of the Frost update issue.
- Improved re-roll tokens at Runic Glyph chests.
- Gameplay Enhancements:
- Guaranteed three burden opportunities per attempt with an open burden glyph slot at the Labyrinth.
- Hind of Deadly Vitality and Hilt of Weightless Recovery can now be fully upgraded in New Game +.
