Forza Horizon 6 update 3 is available to download on PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official FH6 patch notes, the latest Forza Horizon 6 patch 3 speeds up Horizon Play progression, reworks Drag Tire handling to prevent non-drag advantages, fixes Festival Playlist tracking and reward issues . Apart from this, today’s FH6 patch also resolves AI, leaderboard, startup, and visual problems across multiple game modes.

FH6 Update 2 Patch Notes – June 15, 2026
General
- Improved overall performance and stability.
- Fixed longer-than-expected game startup after using Benchmark Mode.
AI
- Improved AI difficulty balancing.
- Fixed Drivatar race start behavior.
Audio
- Improved audio performance on lower-spec devices.
- Adjusted air vent volume on the 2010 Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SV.
Badge
- Fixed the Screechy Clean Badge so progress is no longer limited to Touge Events.
Design
- Fixed Leaderboards sometimes displaying the wrong drivetrain.
- Fixed Convoy Leaderboards where Drag Meet and Time Attack Circuit times did not consistently appear for all players.
Festival Playlist
- Fixed some Daily Challenges and a Seasonal Job being completed ahead of schedule.
- Fixed completed Weekly Challenges from previous Seasons missing the Completed label.
- Fixed multiple Daily Challenges failing to unlock for some players.
- Series 1 Daily Challenge Points are now awarded retroactively and can be claimed through Playlist History.
Horizon Play
- Fixed Level 12 not unlocking until entering another race event.
- Reduced XP requirements between Levels 26 and 100, greatly shortening progression to the Maxed Out Achievement.
- Players above Level 25 will receive significant level increases and newly unlocked Badges.
- Players already at Level 32 will automatically advance to Level 100 and receive unlocked Badges and the Maxed Out Achievement.
Road Discovery
- Added a Roads Driven percentage to the Region Overview.
- Fixed two road nodes that could never be marked as Undiscovered.
- Resolved Road Discovery inconsistencies between the Mini Map and World Map.
Visuals
- Fixed loading screen graphical corruption on Xbox Series X|S, especially during Horizon Stories and after Monthly Rivals.
- Fixed a motion blur artifact on the 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR TM Edition.
- Fixed inconsistent lighting when changing times of day in Photo Mode.
- Fixed green visual artifacts when taking photos through metal mesh fences.
- Restored rain particles in the High graphics preset on PC.
- Improved pixelated red smoke effects in Street Races while using upscaling.
Upgrades & Tuning
- Adjusted Drag Tire physics to better match their intended Drag Racing role.
- Reduced Drag Tire cornering performance, making them less effective for non-drag events.
- Existing tunes keep the same Performance Index despite the handling changes.
- Leaderboard entries created with the previous Drag Tire behavior will be identified and removed over time.
- Drag Racing performance and Drag Leaderboards remain unchanged.
Previously, FH6 day 1 update and update 2 released with quality of life changes. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing a number of issues. Today’s FH6 update will fix a few of these issues.
