Forza Horizon 4 update (February 25th) patch notes for Xbox Oneand PC is now available. According to the official Forza Horizon 4 content update patch notes, the new update made minor edits to three Horizon playlist songs and removed five album covers. Apart from this, added stability and performance improvements.
