Fortnite Update Version 2.40 Patch Notes (PS4, PC & Xbox One)

Fortnite update 2.40 is now rolling out on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Fortnite 2.40 patch notes, the latest update comes with gameplay changes and bug fixes. Apart from this, Fortnite version 2.40 also includes stability and performance improvements.


Recently, Fortnite Season update 11 was released with a new map, new features, and changes. Apart from this, Fortnite battle pass also includes pogo sticks, boats, fishing, and more.

  • Resolved an issue in which players are seeing the wrong Achievements completed. Don’t worry: your correct Achievement progress is being tracked!
  • Fixed restart issue.
  • Fixed an issue where the screen appears cropped/zoomed in on consoles.
  • Fixed issue related to settings — including keybinding — returning to default.
  • Fixed an issue causing drops in FPS on PC.
  • Fixed crashing issues.
  • Network connection improvements.
  • Added fixes for framerate drop and freezing issues.
