Fortnite Update 4.77 Patch Notes (v36.30) – July 29, 2025

Fortnite update 4.77 (v36.30) is available to download on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Fortnite 4.77 patch notes, the latest LEGO Fortnite adds a new Supernova Academy map, kicks off Bestie Fest with community voting, introduces pet care jobs and new career paths, and launches the Luminary Hypatia Starter Pack. Today’s Fortnite patch 4.77 also resolves major visual, control, and UI issues across Fortnite modes, including Battle Royale, Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, Mobile, and Save The World.

General Fixes

Visual Glitch Fixes

• Resolved: Equipping certain Kicks no longer causes visual glitches on Academy Champions Outfits.

Battle Royale / Reload

Superman Icon Bug

• Issue: Switching from keyboard/mouse to controller may cause Superman’s power icons to disappear or display incorrectly.

• Workaround: Activating Superman’s abilities while airborne restores the icons.

LEGO Fortnite

Autofire Malfunction

• Issue: Autofire may stop working properly when targeting enemies near Rift Shards.

• Workaround: Aim away and then re-aim at the enemy to resume autofire.

Spire Combat Bug (Hunter Class)

• Bull’s-Eye marks only the main Spire, not the smaller ones.

• Bull’s-Eye Blade does not deal damage to small Spires.

Fortnite Mobile

Microphone Access Issue

• Fixed: Microphone may become unusable after being accessed by another app.

Rocket Racing

UI and Control Fixes

• Incorrect Battle Royale UI elements no longer appear in Rocket Racing.

• Auto-acceleration option now visible when using a controller on mobile.

Save The World

Banner Display Bug

• Issue: Banners may not update correctly when entering or leaving missions.

Hero/Weapon Model Rotation

• Fixed: Models on the “View” screen in Command or Armory sections can now be fully rotated.

Previously, a major Fortnite update 4.13 added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues with the game. Today’s Fortnite version 4.77 will address a few of these issues.
