Fortnite version 4.49 is available to download on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Fortnite 4.49 patch notes, the latest update addresses multiple issues across game modes. Built-In Emotes are not working in Creative/UEFN, and input method settings are malfunctioning in Battle Royale. Today’s Fortnite patch 4.49 also addresses HUD and style issues on LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing.

General
- Built-In Emotes are currently not playing in Creative / UEFN Experiences.
Battle Royale
- The ‘Lock Input Method as Mouse’ setting is not working correctly.
LEGO Fortnite
- Player 2 cannot upgrade the LEGO Fortnite Pass reward track in split-screen mode.
- Players may become stuck in a cannon if it gets damaged or falls into water while they are operating it.
- The bottom of the HUD may disappear after using macrobinoculars.
Rocket Racing
- The BALL-R wheel is displaying incorrect edit styles.
Save The World
- Hits from Vacuum Tube melee weapons may not deal damage correctly.
- Bow nocking and shot trajectory are not functioning properly.

Previously, a major Fortnite update 4.13 added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues with the game. Today’s Fortnite version 4.49 will address a few of these issues.
