Fortnite update 4.27 (Version 1.000.039) is available to download on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Fortnite 4.27 patch notes, the latest update resolves button functionality issues in the Shop. Besides, today’s Fortnite patch 4.26 also resolves the ‘Lock Input Method as Mouse’ setting issue.
Previously, a major Fortnite update 4.13 added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues with the game. Today’s Fortnite version 4.27 will address a few of these issues.

Fortnite 4.27 Patch Notes – May 31, 2024
General Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where players may have seen their Battle Pass progression appearing to be reset, or an empty Shop tab.
- Shop Button Functionality: Fixed: Completing the purchase of a Jam Track through the “View More” button no longer causes loss of other button functionality in the Shop.
Battle Royale Top Issues:
- Lock Input Method as Mouse: Fixed: The setting ‘Lock Input Method as Mouse’ now works correctly.
- Daily Quest Background: Fixed: The Daily Quest background no longer appears empty.
- Fall Damage Immunity in Water: Fixed: Players using any form of Nitro and landing in water will now retain their fall damage immunity.
