Fortnite update 3.84 is rolling out on PS4, PC, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Fortnite 3.84 patch notes, the latest Fortnite Chapter 4 update added new events, skins, new changes and improvements. Besides, today’s Fortnite update 3.84 also includes various bug fixes and changes.
Previously, a major update added Doctor Strange, new weapons, features, new LTM modes, map changes, and much more. Unfortunately, since the last major update, players are still facing several issues with the game.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Map Update
Battle Royale Fixes
- Hype overlaps with Overshield in Zero Build Arena.
- Low render quality objects appearing on Starter island
- Opening the Map or Quests while using Split-screen causes the 2nd player’s view to turn black.
- Players may be sent back to the initial location when exiting a vehicle
- Controller inputs don’t work on PC when spectating.
- Overshield damage numbers appear white
- Tiles can become invisible in color switch game mode
- Firing a weapon while sprinting and jumping may not register the hit
Creative Fixes.
- Save Device may reset player scores and other stats
- Melee Designer basic attacks will not damage structures despite settings
- Props attached to prop manipulator devices can show in game despite the device being disabled
- Sequencers Trigger some Triggers more than Others
- Sequencers do not always play correctly when set to infinitely loop
- Creative object placement previews are hidden behind other highlighted objects
- Players can build in Mutator Zone Devices with “Allow Building” set to “No” in certain instances
- Wildlife takes fall damage with fall damage set to off
- Capes with new cloth physics jitter when flying at specific speeds
- When entering the menu, navigating the menu with a controller will send the cursor back to the top of the menu.
- Props may turn green while selecting after placing them under terrain.
- Placing a prop and switching to the pickaxe at the same time places an invisible prop
Save The World Fixes
- The screen flashes white when R.O.S.I.E. is fired at or around the player
- Hexsylvania Lobby music not playing.
- Deliver the Bomb mission
