Fortnite update 1.000.223 is available to download on PS5, Xbox, Switch, and PC. According to the official Fortnite patch notes, the latest update restores Sprite rewards, extends Mastery Monday by 24 hours, resolves the PlayStation Cup crash, fixes Shift key control bindings, and improves Mobile touch input by reverting recent Turbo Build changes while a permanent solution is prepared. Gameplay Fixes
- Fixed an issue that could cause players to lose Sprite Dust while spectating a squad and rebooting.
- Extended Mastery Monday by an additional 24 hours, giving players more time to earn Sprite Dust and Sprite XP.
- Fixed incorrect Sprite drop rates.
- Fixed an issue where Mastery Monday XP and Sprite Dust bonuses were not being applied correctly.
Mobile
- Temporarily reverted recent Turbo Build adjustments to restore proper touch button functionality when using the “Tap Anywhere” fire mode.
Tournaments
- Fixed a crash affecting PlayStation Cup participants after completing the tournament.
Controls
- Fixed an issue where “Reload” or “Aim Down Sights” would not trigger when assigned to the Shift key.
Known Issues
- Some Locker cosmetic thumbnails may not load until selected.
- Item details in the Locker may not display correctly.
