Fortnite Patch 4.94 Notes for PS4, PC and Xbox One on December 3, 2025

Fortnite patch 4.94 is available to download on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Fortnite 4.94 patch notes, the update brings quality of life changes and fixes. Today’s Fortnite update 4.94 also fixes game crashing issues.

PC & Performance

DX11 Rift Anomaly Crash

  • Fixed an issue causing PC crashes when a Rift Anomaly occurs while using DirectX 11.

  • Players are advised to temporarily switch to DirectX 12 Performance Mode until the full fix is deployed.

UI & Navigation

Post-Match Controller Navigation

  • Resolved limited controller navigation preventing players from selecting Spectate or Return to Lobby.

  • Players previously needed to use the Pause Menu to exit.

Katana Presentation Emote

  • Fixed incorrect visual display of the Katana Presentation Emote.

Battle Pass

Reward Display

  • Corrected an issue where the Battle Pass showed only 84 rewards available at Level 100+.

Battle Royale

Controller Navigation Fix

  • Improved controller navigation on the post-match screen, restoring expected functionality.

Save The World

Power Rating Accuracy

  • Fixed an issue where completing a mission could show a lower-than-actual Power Rating.

Crafting Quantity Selection

  • Addressed a problem where “Select Quantity to Craft” did not function properly when using a controller.

Ventures Level & F.O.R.T. Stats Adjustment

  • Resolved an issue where Ventures levels earned before v39.00 (Nov 20–29) did not correctly update F.O.R.T. stats, causing reduced Ventures Power Rating and blocking access to high-level Ventures missions.

Previously, a major Fortnite update 4.93 (36.00) added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues with the game. Today’s Fortnite version 4.94 will address a few of these issues.
