[FIXED] How to fix Destiny 2 Error Code Beagle?

Since the last update players are facing Destiny 2 error code Beagle. While it seems to be most common on the PS5, players on PS4 and Xbox One is also reporting this issue. We have posted some tweaks to fix the error code Beagle in Destiny 2.

What is error code Beagle?

The error occurs when console fail to read the game data. The game crashes with this error code, and the following message:

“UNREADABLE GAME CONTENT. A FULL DESTINY 2 REINSTALL IS REQUIRED. FOR MORE INFORMATION, VISIT HELP.BUNGIE.NET AND SEARCH FOR ERROR CODE: BEAGLE”

How to fix unreadable game content?

According to Bungie, if this is the first time you have seen this error, then try to resume what you were doing before the error occurred. If the error repeats, then exit the game, and try relaunching it.

However, if this does not fix the error, then it may require a full reinstallation of the game on your console. 

To fix this issue on Xbox 360, follow the steps below.

  • Delete Destiny, download any game demo, and re-install Destiny.
  • Install the game via the Xbox 360 Install To Hard Drive feature.
  • Disconnect your Xbox 360 Hard Drive and then reconnect it.  This could fix a Hard Drive connection problem.
  • Contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com

A future update will fix the Destiny 2 error code Beagle.
