Dying Light 2 is now available to download on PS4, PS5, Xbox and PC. Unfortunately, some players are unable to download Dying Light 2 on PC. There are also reports for Dying Light 2 installation issues. Today, we have posted some fixes for these issues.

How to fix Dying Light 2 Not Downloading issue
Check internet connections and Dying Light 2Â server status here. If everything is working fine, follow the steps below.
Steam on PC
If you try to play Dying Light 2 and there is an update, you should get a prompt when you try to launch the game. To update without launching the game:
- Close Dying Light 2 if it is open
- Open Steam
- Type Steam into the Windows search bar to find it
- Log in with the Steam account that purchased Dying Light 2
- To sign out, select profile name and select Log out of account
- Select Library
- Scroll down to Dying Light 2
- Alternatively, enter Dying Light 2 into the search bar
- Right-click on Dying Light 2
- Select Update
- If you do not see the Update option, Dying Light 2 is up-to-date.
How to fix Dying Light 2 not updating, launching, and other issues
Disable your antivirus and run the game as an administrator. If it’s still not working, delete your game and reinstall it again.
Installation hangs
The game fails to install on some systems. Check the HDD space before installation. Always make sure that you have plenty of space for the game to install.
