Fishing Planet update 4.02 is now available to download on PS4. According to the official Fishing Planet patch notes, the latest update added improvements for chat, gamepad, zoom, and more. Apart from this, Fishing Planet patch 4.02 also includes various stability and performance improvements.
Previously, a big update added various quality of life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Fishing Planet patch 4.02 will fix a few of these issues.

Fishing Planet 4.02 – December 17, 2021
- The ability to adjust the sound of rodstands and bells in sound settings added;
- Some chat improvements;
- Incorrect change of rods on the stand fixed;
- Gamepad improvements;
- Improvement of displaying information about groundbait;
- Improvement of the reeling speed after pressing Shift before taking rod from the rod stand;
- Zoom improvement.
- Some minor fixes.
