EA Game has released FIFA 23 update 1.04 details for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. According to the official Fifa 23 patch notes, the latest update added various tweaks and changes to the game. Apart from this, Fifa 23 patch 1.04 also includes stability fixes.
Recently, the game was released with mixed reviews. Unfortunately, since the release, players are facing various bugs and issues with FUT gameplay. Fifa 23 version 1.04 will fix a few of these issues.

Fifa 23 1.04 Patch Notes – November 9, 2022
General, Audio, and Visual
Made the following changes:
- Added the FIFA World Cup 2022 experience.
- To learn more about the FIFA World Cup 2022™ experience.
- Removed the previously existing Brazil team from Kick Off, Tournaments, Online Friendlies, and Online Seasons.
- The Brazil national team, featuring players competing in the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022™, can be used in the FIFA World Cup 2022™ experience.
- Updated some commentary lines and celebrations.
Addressed the following issues:
- In some cases, Training Center Focus Areas did not update to take into account the selected Controller Settings preset.
- Addressed multiple stability issues that could occur.
Fifa 23 Tuning Update
The following Live Tuning gameplay changes are now available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions of FIFA 23:
Made the following changes:
- Increased Stamina Decay by up to 41% for Constant Pressure, Press After Possession Loss, and Press On Heavy Touch Defensive Custom Tactics.
- Reduced ball velocity from fully powered corner kicks.
- Decreased accuracy of fully powered corner kicks.
The following changes were added previously.
General
- Addressed a number of the following error message instances seen by players when attempting to launch the title:
- “Failure to update process.”
- “Can’t start system service.”
- “The application has encountered an unrecoverable error.”
- Improved a stability issue that could occur when a device with force feedback was plugged into the PC while playing the title.
