FIFA 21 Patch Notes for All Title Updates – [Official]

FIFA 21 title update is now rolling out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. EA Games also released the official Fifa 21 patch notes for players. According to the official changelog, the latest patch added various quality of life changes, tweaks, and fixes.

Recently, the game was released with new Benfica player faces, updated Career mode, Ultimate Team, Volta, and other new features. Fifa 21 is also coming on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Fifa 21 Patch 13 Notes

FIFA Ultimate Team

  • Fixed a bug where some ICON Moments 2D images did not display correctly on their corresponding Player Items.
  • Addressed an issue where messages appearing in the News tile and its menus did not always display correctly.
  • Fixed a bug where a potential kit clash could occur when using the No Room For Racism Kit.

General, Audio, and Visual

  • Updated some kits, badges, balls, boots, and broadcast packages.

Fifa 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 12

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

  • When accessing Transfer Targets through the Transfer Market and using the Compare Price function on a Player Item in Transfer Targets, Player Items did not always display correctly.
  • During Co-Op matches, the Captain’s Club name was not visible across stadium banners to the invited player.
  • A potential stability issue could occur when using Compare Price on a Transfer Target Player Item.
  • The Seasoned To Perfection Achievement did not count as completed when its requirements were met.

Career Mode

Addressed the following issues:

  • When using the Quick Sim option for a Training Day, player Fitness and Match Sharpness was unaffected.
  • The Replace 3 Players From The Team Board Objective did not track as completed when its requirements were met.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issues:

  • Updated a typo found on the message that displays when discarding Items.
  • Addressed a potential stability issue that could occur when viewing the Skill Tree.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

  • Added 5 new Starheads.

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

  • When a previously locked Objective group was unlocked, it could have still continued to display as locked until the player exited and re-entered FUT.
  • The end-of-match Squad Battles FUT Coin Skill Rewards calculation did not always display correctly.
    • This was a visual issue only and did not impact the calculation.
  • After viewing the Captain’s Squad in a Co-Op Lobby, the background player models could remain on screen even when navigating through other menus.
  • In some cases, the Search Filters on the Stadium tab of the Transfer Market displayed placeholder text.
  • Sometimes, the Stadium menu could filter Item searches by Ball Items instead of the correct Item category.
  • In some situations, crowd flags incorrectly displayed a placeholder badge.
  • Addressed a typo found on a Goal Song Item.

Career Mode

Addressed the following issue:

  • Qualification for the Asian Continental Cup did not function correctly.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issue:

  • In Squad Management, the Player Chemistry UI element present on Avatars did not display the correct value.
    • This was a visual error only and did not impact Chemistry calculations.

FIFA Online

Addressed the following issues:

  • When accessing the Privacy Setting screen from the main menu, the Title could load indefinitely.
  • The Soccer Aid team was incorrectly available to use in Online Seasons.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

  • Added the Input Overlay option to the Visual tab found in Game Settings.
    • When enabled, the Input Overlay displays on screen visuals that enables players to see which inputs they performed in game and how they’re processed when in online matches.
    • Input Overlay can be configured in three different ways:
      • Input Only: one wireless controller graphic is shown on screen and it displays inputs performed in a match.
      • Input Only + Online Response: two wireless controller graphics are shown on screen, displaying both your local inputs and the inputs processed by a FIFA Game Data Center and your network.
      • Off: The Input Overlay is disabled.

  • Updated some kits, adboards, balls, boots, flags, badges, and 2D portraits.

FIFA Ultimate Team
Addressed the following issues:

  • Sometimes, when attempting to matchmake in Division Rivals, an initializing message could display, and no match could be found.
  • In online matches, the end of match screens displayed both players as FUT Founders, regardless of when their Clubs were founded.
  • The Compare Price function did not return any results when used for Stadium Items.
  • Adjusted the color of the timer present on the Squad screen for Live Squad Building Challenges to make it easier to see.
  • After entering and exiting the News tab, some parts of the UI did not always display correctly.
  • Sometimes, messages could take longer than expected to display in the News panels.
  • An “X” UI symbol could display over Player Items that were actually eligible for the Squad Requirements of the Three Nations Live FUT Friendly.
    • This was a visual issue only.
  • The UI could become visually corrupted when selecting and deselecting favorite Live or Foundation Squad Building Challenges.
  • Some Badges displayed a placeholder image.

Career Mode
Addressed the following issues:

  • Substitutes who entered the match were losing an unintentionally high amount of Stamina.
  • The Sharpshooter Achievement did not unlock when its conditions were met.- A stability issue could occur when viewing News items in the CONMEBOL Libertadores tournament.General, Audio, and VisualMade the following change:

FIFA 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 9

Gameplay

Made the following changes:

  • Reduced consistency of the ball trajectory after successfully performing a Skill Move which involves launching the ball into the air.
  • Reduced Flick Up ball trajectory consistency in cases where the Flick Up is performed directly following a Skill Move.
  • Reduced consistency of Flick Ups performed while running with the ball.
    • This effect is most impactful when the ball carrier is running at a high speed.
  • Reduced the effectiveness of Volleyed Chip Shots when taken from 35 feet/10.67 meters and beyond.
    • This effect scales up to 55 feet/16.76 meters, meaning that Volleyed Chip Shots reduce in effectiveness the farther they’re taken from, up until 55 feet/16.76 meters.
    • Volleyed Chip Shots taken at 55 feet/16.76 meters and beyond can be half as effective as those taken at 35 feet/10.67 meters.

Considerably reduced the probability of the referee calling for the end of the match during a potential goalscoring opportunity.

    • As a result, Injury Time could now last for a slightly longer period.

Addressed the following issues:

  • When defending against the Bridge Skill Move while Jockeying, the defending player could temporarily slow down unintentionally.

When a defending player performed a tackle that was unsuccessful at winning the ball, the tackler’s foot could partially pass through a portion of the ball.

    • This change does not impact the success or failure of tackles, and the tackling player is now more likely to make some contact with the ball in these situations.

Following a specific type of goalkeeper pass during an offline match, the defending team’s CPU AI would not attempt to pressure the attacking side in order to recover the ball.

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

  • On the Kit Select screen in Division Rivals, the timer could freeze for the player who confirmed their selection if their opponent was still selecting a kit.
  • When accessing the Transfer Market tab on the Squad screen and viewing the Search Results as a list, Bid Status Icons did not display.
  • Some text incorrectly overlapped other UI elements when the My Playlist tile was selected on the FUT Friendlies screen.

During Friendlies matches, the in-game Game Settings screen would incorrectly list the ball being currently used.

Stadium Themes based on real world teams did not always apply correctly to in-game ad boards.

The FIFA Playtime FIFA Points limit exceeded message would not display until the limit was exceeded a second time.

The Live FUT Friendlies UI did not always display the correct visuals when the tile was selected.

Career Mode

Addressed the following issues:

  • Managers were incorrectly wearing team kits during matches and other scenes.
  • When changing the sorting in the Transfer Hub and Squad Hub, the UI did not automatically scroll back to the top.
  • In Player Career, the Virtual Pro was sometimes not receiving loan and transfer offers.
  • When entering the Transfer Hub through a News story and attempting to sign a player, a stability issue could occur.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issues:

Drop In Match Lobbies could become temporarily stuck during a specific UI flow, and as a result, would not be filled with the maximum number of players.

Further addressed instances of being unable to successfully matchmake in VOLTA SQUADS.

Pro Clubs

Addressed the following issues:

  • When the Captain changes Game Plans during a Pro Clubs match, some AI teammates could have switched positions incorrectly.

General, Audio, and Video

Made the following changes:

  • Updated some kits, Tifos, badges, 2D images, celebrations, and boots.
  • Added new commentary lines related to David Beckham.
  • Updated 1 existing Starhead and added 4 legacy Starheads.

Addressed the following issues:

  • An incorrect line of commentary could occur when referencing a specific instance of an offside.
  • The Adidas Silver and Black Circuit Board balls did not display in-game shadows.
  • Some balls displayed placeholder text in the Match tab of the Game Settings screen.

FIFA 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 8

Gameplay

Made the following changes:

  • Made several adjustments to the Team Press D-Pad Tactic.
    • Decreased the amount of time the Team Press D-Pad Tactic can be active for, before requiring cooldown, from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.
    • Once Team Press is requested, its effect takes 2 seconds to activate.
    • In situations where the defending team is using Team Press and recovers possession, Team Press will not automatically remain active on the following loss of possession.
  • Made several adjustments to Stepover and Reverse Step Over Skill Moves.
    • Both Skill Moves are no longer considered Easy Skill Moves and will be less effective when chained together while moving.
    • The animations for both Skill Moves have been slowed down.
    • Decreased player transition speed when exiting either Skill Move at forward angles.

Addressed the following issues:

  • The goalkeeper sometimes gets stuck to the net geometry and is unable to put the ball into play, resulting in matches not finishing within the expected time.
  • After a defender positioned themselves in front of the ball carrier following a heavy touch, the defender sometimes did not contest the ball.
  • Improved referee penalty kick logic in situations where the goalkeeper dives at the ball carrier’s feet.
  • Improved referee logic when making decisions in breakaway tackling situations outside of the box.
  • When a goalkeeper moved then stood still during a penalty kick, they could sometimes deflect the ball into their own net when it was hit directly at them.
    • This does not affect other types of potential deflections that could occur.
  • In situations where the ball carrier would start a shooting animation, but the shot was canceled in time, the defender could sometimes perform an unintended blocking animation.

FIFA Ultimate Team

Made the following changes:

  • In online matches, players will no longer see their opponent’s equipped Ball Item, they will instead always see their own.
  • Co-Op Squad Battles matches can now be paused during gameplay by either player.
  • Co-Op Squad Battles matches no longer have a pause limit.

Addressed the following issues:

  • After claiming FUT Coins from Team Event Objectives, the overall FUT Coin total did not increase until FUT was exited and re-entered.
    • The correct amount of FUT Coins was being claimed, this issue only impacted when the display of the overall total would increase.
  • When a previously locked Objective group was unlocked, it continued to display as locked until the player exited and re-entered FUT.
  • The Co-Op widget could stop responding after the Pricing filter was used during a Transfer Market search.
  • After engaging with the Recommended Consumable Search option found in the Radial Menu, not all menu navigation button callouts were functioning as expected.
  • If a Co-Op Lobby guest left the Lobby while the Host was opening a pack, the Host’s menu background would incorrectly display.
  • When previewing Goal Music, Chant, Anthem, and Crowd Items in My Stadium, the audio would reset if the previewed Item was selected.
  • The progress UI would animate every time the Community Event screen was visited.
  • Updated Competitor Mode description.
  • The Club name was incorrectly displayed when viewing Player Ratings in the pause menu.
  • Updated the FUT Champions Qualification Points icon displayed on the Weekend League details screen.
  • Trophies displayed in Milestone Objectives were not facing in the correct direction.
  • Updated background on the pop up that displays when choosing a Season reward that has multiple choices.
  • When a Community Event was completed, the UI did not display correctly.
  • Addressed a potential stability issue that could occur in a Co-Op lobby.
  • Repetitive commentary could occur during some corner kicks.

Career Mode

Made the following change:

  • The potential quality of Youth Players is now more aligned with the general football region that they come from.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Player OVRs could remain unrealistically high in their 30s, resulting in players retiring seemingly at their peak.
  • Addressed further instances of Strikers taking too long to be retrained as Center Forwards.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issues:

  • Some hairstyles did not display correctly.
  • Updated a typo on the message that displays when discarding items.

Pro Clubs

Addressed the following issue:

  • A Virtual Pro’s customized boot colors did not always save.

  • Updated badges, kits, 2D portraits, stadiums, and ad boards.
  • Added 34 new Starheads and updated 29 existing Starheads which will be activated at a later date through a Server Release.

  • The Nike Serie A TIM Merlin 2019 Hi Vis ball did not display a shadow in game.

Fifa 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 7

Gameplay

Made the following changes:

  • Reduced the speed at which the ball travels when performing Driven or Driven Ground crosses.
    • This effect is most noticeable when performing a Driven or Driven Ground Cross with a player whose Crossing Attribute is 75 or lower.
    • The higher the Crossing Attribute, the less pronounced this effect is.
  • Decreased how accurate a volley can be if the ball is reaching the shot taker at a high speed.
  • Adjusted referee logic to better evaluate when a yellow card should be given.
  • Further improved interception logic in situations where the defending player is directly in the ball’s path.
    • This change applies only in situations where the ball carrier is passing the ball.
  • Decreased player transition speed into a Fake Shot while Sprinting, after the Skill Move was successfully requested.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Improved animation selection logic when attempting to make a save as a player-controlled goalkeeper.
  • Sometimes, fouls around the edge of the box were resulting in seemingly incorrect ball placement for the following set piece.
    • The in-game referee made the correct decision in these situations, but the resolution of the fouling animations could make it seem as if a foul took place in a slightly different spot on the pitch.
  • Improved referee logic in situations where a professional foul is committed by the last player in defense, impacting a potential attacking opportunity.
  • In some cases, referees did not make the correct foul call following a physical contest or Standing Tackle.
  • The Heel Chop Skill Move could not be performed while Sprinting.
  • Reduced some instances of the ball carrier stumbling after minimal physical contact in the box.
    • This could sometimes have led to unnecessary penalty kick calls.
  • In some situations, a player who was attempting to intercept a pass would incorrectly move their foot away from the ball.
  • In rare instances, players would teleport during a non-gameplay foul scene following an advantage.

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

  • When loading a Squad Battles match, the Opponent’s Squad screen sometimes disappeared too quickly
  • After reaching the previously set personal Pack Limit on FIFA Playtime, Squad Building Challenge Reward Packs could not have been opened without changing or ignoring the limit for 1 hour.
  • A potential stability issue could occur when the Captain invited a friend to the Co-Op Lobby.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issues:

  • When switching between tabs in Gear Up, the UI did not always reflect the currently selected Objective.
  • Addressed some instances of players being unable to matchmake.

Career Mode

Addressed the following issues:

  • Updated the Interactive Match Sim UI when penalty kicks and penalty kick shootouts occur.
  • A stability issue could occur when playing with Argentine teams.
  • In Player Career, some stats were not being tracked correctly when playing a portion of the match and selecting the Jump To Result option from the pause menu.

General, Visual, and Audio

Made the following changes:

  • Updated several kits and a stadium.
  • The Connection Monitoring setting now defaults to Icons Only instead of Off.

Fifa 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 6.1

Addresses a stability issue in Pro Clubs Drop In Matches that was unintentionally introduced in the previous Title Update.

In order to address this stability issue, the game developers reintroduced a bug that was resolved in the previous Title Update. Specifically, switching Game Plans as the Captain of a Drop In Match can result in other players having their positions incorrectly changed.

Fifa 21 Patch Notes for Title Update 6

Gameplay

Made the following changes:

Reduced the distance that AI teammates can reach when attempting to block the ball.

    • This change applies only in situations where the ball carrier takes a shot.

Improved interception logic in situations where the defending player is directly in the ball’s path.

    • This change applies only in situations where the ball carrier is passing the ball.

Reduced exit speed after a successfully performed stepover or stepovers while in motion.

Increased the distance that a ball can travel after being deflected by the goalkeeper’s hands.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Sometimes, defenders could stretch their legs higher than intended when performing a blocking animation.
  • Sometimes, shoulder challenges and seal outs could result in unexpected player movement for the defending player.
  • Manual Player Switching with a mouse was not functioning when using keyboard and mouse controls.

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

After claiming a reward from the Community tab in the Objectives screen, the player was taken to the Season Progress tab instead of the Community tab.

On the Club tab of the Squad Screen, the Toggle List View action did not function when a Take Me There widget was on screen.

The FUT Champions logo displayed during replay transitions would sometimes get smaller with each replay.

When equipped, the Iceland Anthem Item did not play during pre-match scenes.

  • The Take Me There widget could persist on screen in a rare instance.
  • After scoring a goal in Single Player Draft, the goalscorer’s Player Item did not display on the pitch during the next kick off.
  • The Action Run Player Celebration Item was incorrectly listed as T Rex.
  • Addressed a potential stability issue when entering the FUT Store.

Career Mode

Addressed the following issues:

  • Negotiation scenes were displaying identical and incorrect Managers for both teams.
  • During a match, the Table Analysis scoreboard UI element could display incorrect data.
  • During negotiation scenes, player agents would sometimes wear an incorrect club badge.
  • In Player Career, the Virtual Pro’s Matches Played statistic was not tracking correctly when matches were partially simulated, and the Virtual Pro was substituted out of the match before the simulation took place.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issues:

In some cases, playing Pro Clubs before attempting to matchmake in VOLTA FOOTBALL would result in an “Unable to Setup Match” error message.

Drop In VOLTA SQUADS lobbies were not correctly disbanding after dropping below the minimum number of players.

In some instances, the post match Event Progress screen would incorrectly state that there were two Captains on the same team, instead of one.

  • A rare stability issue could occur when accepting a FIFA Online Friendlies match invitation while in VOLTA FOOTBALL.
  • A stability issue could occur during VOLTA SQUADS Placement matches.

FIFA Online

Made the following changes:

  • In Online Season and Co-Op Seasons, FIFA Attributes are now using the default setting that was previously only available for Kick Off matches, meaning that in-game Attributes are modified based on each player’s position.

  • In a rare situation, a stadium announcer was cut off by the commentary team.

FIFA 21 Patch Notes For Title Update 4

Gameplay:

Made the following changes:

  • Adjusted referee logic in potential yellow card scenarios, with the intent of reducing the likelihood of a yellow card being given.
  • The Ball Roll to Scoop Turn combination now requires a five star Skill Move Rating to perform.
  • Added the “Royal Wave” Celebration to the pool of Celebrations that can occur when requesting a Random Celebration.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Sometimes, the referee would end the game during inappropriate situations during Stoppage Time.
  • Sometimes, players could briefly float in the air following a physically contested header, a pass, or a shot.
  • Following specific dribbling sequences, the CPU AI would stop approaching the ball carrier, on some Difficulty Levels.
  • The Instant Hard Tackle would sometimes result in the player lunging further forward than intended due to an animation inconsistency.
  • Users could trigger Directed Runs and Player Locks on other users that were locked to one player while using Auto Positioning.
  • In rare instances in certain stadiums, the goalkeeper could get stuck when trying to retrieve the ball.
  • Booking scenes did not appear in some instances following a player injury.
  • In some instances, the Competitor Mode CPUI AI would frequently toggle between two tactics when losing a match by two or more goals.
  • In some out of game scenes, player heads would shift erratically.
  • When an outfield player collided with a goalkeeper, the outfield player’s animations could become visually corrupted before recovering.
  • Following a shot that connected with the goal frame, the frame could shake erratically.
  • In rare instances, a goal was counted as an own goal instead of being attributed to the correct player.
  • When an advantage call occurred as the first half was ending, the on screen advantage icon would sometimes persist into the second half.
  • Following a foul from a tackle in the box, the foul and penalty kick was sometimes not awarded.
  • In some situations following a header pass, an unnecessary defensive auto switch could occur.
  • Adjusted unintentional player placement found in Skill Games Practice Scenarios.
  • The Trainer overlay would display incorrect button callouts in some situations when using mouse and keyboard controls.
  • The Team Press Defensive D-Pad Tactic icon didn’t always display the correct status of the action until the Defensive D-Pad Tactics were requested again. This was a visual issue only.
  • In some modes, the Player Lock setting would remain enabled even after being set to Off by the player.
    • This impacted FUT Champions, Online Draft and Friendlies Play A Friend.

FIFA Ultimate Team:

Made the following changes:

  • Added new animations to the Transfer Market tab of the Squads screen for when an item you have bid on is either outbid by another player, or if you have won the item.
  • When using the Radial Menu on the Transfer Market tab of the Squads screen, a new icon has been added to denote the current Bid Status of the selected Player Item.
  • When selecting an Anthem, Crowd Chants, Goal Song, or Club Nickname Item on the Transfer Market, the audio can now be previewed from the Bidding Options screen.
  • Updated some Co-Op messaging windows to be more specific.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Match lobbies displayed a one-way numerical ping value instead of the round trip.
    • The value shown is now the round trip ping value, meaning that a higher value will be displayed.
    • This was a visual issue only.
  • Club badges did not display on kits during matches in some FUT game modes.
  • Squad Battles displayed two different Battle Points values upon match completion.
    • This was a visual issue only, the player was being given the correct amount of Battle Points.
  • When using the Compare Price function, some of the on screen text was incorrectly colored, making it difficult to read.
  • Updated the overlay color when adjusting a Bid in order to make the numbers more legible.
  • When claiming a Player Item Reward from Season progress, while having other Player Items on the Transfer List, the corresponding animation would display the highest OVR Player Item from the Transfer List instead of the Player Item Reward.
  • In some cases, Anthem previews did not play in My Stadium customization.
  • In Squad Battles, the player’s rank was not visible on the Your Rank tab in some situations.
  • The first goal scored in a match was not available to view in the post-match Highlights.
  • Some Badge Items displayed a placeholder image.
  • When searching Home and Away Kits in My Stadium, the filters are now available for use.
  • Some UI elements did not display in the More Options menu.
  • When browsing the Transfer Market, the Co-Op Friends List could sometimes create a button conflict.

    • Placement Matches information until the player has completed the 5 matches.
  • Added Stars to the one-time rewards for obtaining a new Division in VOLTA Squads.
    • There will be a Claim Rewards flow for players that have already earned their one-time reward for a Division.
  • Reduced the impact of excessive flair actions such as Skill Moves on Match Rating calculation.
  • Increased the impact of goals scored on Match Rating calculation.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Your Avatar’s Match Rating was sometimes too low, despite a good performance, if a match ended very early, such as in a ‘First to 5 Goals’ match where the 5 goals were scored quickly.
  • AI Teammate kick-ins would sometimes kick the ball towards an unintended target.
  • Prevented Stamina and fatigue effects from unintentionally impacting players during matches.

  • Increased potential variety of Youth Player kit styles, boots, and accessories.

Addressed the following issues:

  • An incorrect Press Conference question could sometimes be asked after the player won their respective league competition.
  • When entering a match through the Interactive Match Sim, Player Lock would become unavailable.
  • In a rare situation involving a small Squad, the player controlled team could be filled with goalkeepers when Simulating for an extended period of time.
  • After creating a new Career Mode save and immediately setting up a Scouting Network, the Finances screen would not display correctly when entered.

  • Fireworks did not display in some stadiums during the UEFA Europa League Final.
  • Parts of the Skill Games UI would become unresponsive when the Right Stick was remapped through the Accessibility settings.
  • Custom Co-Op Camera settings could create visual issues on the Carrow Road stadium.
  • Selecting to play with Ultimate difficulty in a CONMEBOL Libertadores Tournament would result in the Play Match screen showing the difficulty as Legendary.

  • This change is most impactful when the CPU AI is defending counter attacks,
    • Competitor Mode is present for Legendary and Ultimate difficulty levels.
  • Reduced the amount of time it takes for a player to recover from a block animation.
  • Contextual Agile Dribbling now maintains a slightly longer distance to the opponent in order to improve maneuverability.
  • Slowed down the Elastico Skill Move.
    • The impact of this change is most noticeable when the Elastico is chained multiple times.
  • Following a Directed Run, Body Feints and Knock Ons are disabled for some frames of animation in order to prevent button conflicts.

Addressed the following issues:

  • Player Lock would stick to one player for the duration of a match if the setting was turned off mid-use during a match.
  • In some situations, when requesting a shot inside the box, the request would rarely result in a tackle.
  • When using Auto Position while playing as the Goalkeeper, the Goalkeeper would continuously make movements and lose stamina.
  • Through Passes would sometimes result in a short pass in inappropriate situations.
  • Sometimes, a player would kick the ball into the ground during a cross, resulting in a poor cross attempt.
  • The inputs required for an Instant Hard Tackle now need to be pressed within a shorter window of time, in order to avoid a button conflict with Secondary Contain.
  • Improved the logic for determining when the player is requesting a Jockey versus a shoulder challenge or seal out.
  • Addressed some instances of a ball touch being missed during a Strafe or Agile Dribble.
  • Sometimes a requested clearance would result in the ball trajectory going in an unintended direction.
  • In some instances, players would unnecessarily perform a stretching pass animation.
  • Made adjustments to receiver selection for Through Passes, to result in more desirable receiver targets.

  • Sometimes, Skill Moves were not being performed if they were immediately requested after the ball carrier finished turning.
  • Flicking the right stick while in the process of receiving the ball would sometimes cause the next Skill Move request to be unresponsive.
  • Sometimes, players would not follow the optimal running route when approaching the ball for a shot or pass, resulting in an unresponsive action.
  • Addressed some instances of the player running over the ball before performing a requested cross, resulting in an unresponsive action.

Career Mode
