Fallout 76 version 1.88 is rolling out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to Fallout 76 1.88 patch notes, the latest update addresses issues with quests, items, crafting, and user interface, while also introducing minor changes to weapons and trading. Apart from this, Fallout 76 update 1.88 also includes bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and adjustments to seasonal events.
Recently, Fallout 76 patch 1.79 added quality of life changes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are reporting several issues while playing the game online. Today’s Fallout76 update 1.88 will resolve a few of these issues.

- Fixed localization issues with Power Armor
- Garrahan Mining Poster added to Rusty Pick and Camden Park
- Resolved a quest disappearance issue in Opportunity Knocking
- Deep Space Alien Jetpack now craftable for T51 Power Armor
- Fixed a dialogue issue blocking progress in Sins of the Father
- Cremator now listed at Legendary Exchange Machines
- Corrected dialogue inconsistency with Abbie Russo in Sins of the Father
- Poker & BlackJack Tables now craftable for players who previously unlocked them
- Fixed an issue preventing Antonio from speaking in Sins of the Father
- Brahmin Flour Billboards are now craftable with the correct materials
- Added missing walls and windows to Rustic Helvetian Camp Kit
- Enabled Favorites menu hotkeys while the wheel is visible
- Fixed an issue with gold bullion vendors Regs and Smiley for some players
- Tesla Rifles now drop correctly from the Battle Bot Event
- Standardized Father Winter Helmet stats, description, weight, and levels
- Fancy Revolver now displays its unique skin properly
- Small Presents now drop contextual ammo
- Fixed placement issues with weather stations near public workshops
- Modern home kitchen sink can now snap to other modern home items on foundations
- Fixed missing NPCs after Secrets Revealed quest completion
- Devils Wings Jetpack lights now function properly
- Removed Group Heal Regeneration effect from Pollinators in Daily Ops
- Fixed power armor paint issues with dynamic naming
- Addressed an issue causing items in the Cryo-freezer to sell for 0 caps
- Big Boss Advertisement Poster no longer turns into a Mothman poster when broken
- Fire Rate now shows increase/decrease arrows when comparing mods
- Story Time now properly removes itself from the PipBoy if Miss Nanny is killed
- Fixed completion issues with Buried Treasure quest
- Resolved a conversation exit issue blocking progress in Honor Bound
- Mouse-wheel down now properly shrinks body parts in the character generator
Quality of Life Updates:
- Added a Max option when buying from and selling to NPCs
- World Activity list now sorted alphabetically
- Improved inventory scrollbar behavior
- Added “Ammo Per Shot” stat to weapons
Weapons:
- Adjusted the Cremator and its mods
Seasonal Events:
- Event recipes and items will continue to drop after being learned and are now tradeable
- Fixed visibility issues with trees around Dark Hollow Manor
- Cultists can now be looted
- Updated names of new rewards
- Fixed subtitle mismatches with VO
- Removed unintended interaction options on doors in Hawksbill Weather Station
- Removed Legendary Exchange Machine audio when picking up Harvester Parts in Dangerous Pastimes
- Removed unintended “Hidden Crevice” interaction near Camp Liberty
- Removed a static note on a bench between Slumber Mill and Camp Liberty
