Fallout 76 (FO76) Update 2.19 Patch Notes on February 9, 2026

Fallout 76 update 2.19 improves C.A.M.P. menu visibility, stabilizes the Pip-Boy “New” category, corrects enemy star ratings, restores Cryo damage functionality, and removes an unintended 100% evasion exploit from the Reflex Legendary Mod. According to Fallout 76 2.19 patch notes, the latest update also includes gameplay performance improvements.

Bug Fixes

C.A.M.P. Fixes

  • Fixed a C.A.M.P. Module skin issue that caused the Build Menu to appear empty.

  • Fixed an issue where C.A.M.P. items bought with Gold Bullion failed to appear in the Build Menu.

Pip-Boy

  • Corrected erratic behavior in the Pip-Boy “New” category.

Enemies

  • Fixed incorrect scaling that caused Grunt and Head Hunt enemies to appear as 1-Star.

Combat & Status Effects

  • Fixed the Cryo status effect so its damage now applies correctly to enemies.

  • Fixed an issue allowing the Reflex Legendary Mod to reach 100% evasion.

Recently, Fallout 76 patch 2.03 (season 20) Glow of the Ghoul update introducing ghoul transformations, irradiated C.A.M.P. décor, and unique rewards. Fallout 1st members get exclusive content, with a Seasons Pass available for others. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are reporting several issues while playing the game online. Today’s Fallout 76 version 2.19 will resolve a few of these issues.
