EA F1 25 update 1.003 (version 1.003.000) is available to download on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official F1 25 1.003 patch notes, the latest update fixes audio lines, visuals, and adds balance for teams. Additionally, F1 25 patch 1.003 also resolves crashes in My Team and VR tutorial bugs.
