Expeditions Mudrunner Game update 1.11 (1.011) is now rolling out for PS5, PC(7.2) and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Expeditions update 1.11 patch notes, the latest update introduces significant changes to the game’s core mechanics. Task tracking has been streamlined, and a new tooltip has been added to the Outpost and Truck icons. Apart from this, Expeditions patch 1.11 also adds the Sedona region to the progress page and enhancements to visual elements like shadow borders and Helipad sounds.
Previously, a minor update 1.03 added quality of life changes and improvements. Unfortunately, since the last update, players are experiencing several issues when trying to play the game. Today’s Expeditions version 1.011.000 is expected to fix a few of these issues.

Critical Changes
- Task Tracking Flow:
- Previously, the “Start tracking” button was inactive if a task was found with binoculars without visiting a task giver zone.
- New flow:
- Find a task giver zone with binoculars or visit a zone.
- Task stages are added to the task list on the map.
- “Start tracking” button becomes clickable, allowing players to activate the task.
- Outpost Tooltip:
- A new tooltip has been added to the Outpost and Truck icons on the map.
- It instructs players to open the Details menu to recover or change the truck.
- Recovery Tutorial:
- The Recovery tutorial has been updated.
Map UI Changes
- Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue on gamepads where the Accept button did nothing without pressing D-pad buttons.
- Resolved a bug where the cursor was missing when opening the map after Recovery to the outpost.
- Gameplay Improvement:
- Headlights can now be turned on by pressing the right stick on gamepads.
- Fixed FPS drops that occurred when opening the map UI.
Content Improvements
- Sedona Region:
- Added the Sedona region to the progress page on the Profile.
- Visual Enhancements:
- Fixed shadow borders in Drone scannings.
- Improved Helipad sounds.
