[Elder Scrolls Online] ESO update 2.35 is now available to download on PS4, PS5 (1.007.000), and Xbox One. According to the official ESO patch notes, the latest update brings the new Lost Depths DLC. This DLC continues the Legacy of the Bretons storyline and introduces two new 4-player dungeons for you to explore, along with several new item sets, collectibles and furnishings for you to obtain. Apart from this, ESO version 2.35 (console update 35) adds a number of new Rewards for the Worthy item sets and furnishings.
Previously, a major Chapter: High Isle update 34 added Systres Archipelago, far to the southwest of continental Tamriel, and delve into the culture and secrets of the noble and chivalric Breton people. High Isle added several new item sets and Mythic Items, new Antiquities, a number of new collectibles, tons of new achievements, and more.
Unfortunately, since the last major update, players are facing several problems when trying to play the game online. Today’s ESO patch 2.35 will solve a few of these problems. Check out more details below.

Two New Dungeons
- Earthen Root Enclave: For centuries, the Earthen Root Enclave stood as a spiritual sanctuary for the druids of the Systres. Now, the Firesong circle has invaded this honored haven, and Druid Laurel of the Stonelore needs heroes to come to its defense. But why have they attacked? And what secrets does the enclave truly protect?
- Graven Deep: Tamriel’s sailors whisper warnings about Graven Deep, a strange region of the Abecean Sea where any ship that enters vanishes without a trace. Join former pirate Dhulef as he hunts for information on the legendary Druid King’s voyage to the Systres and seeks to uncover an ancient secret buried far beneath the waves.
- Earthen Root Enclave and Graven Deep are 4-player dungeons which can be reached via High Isle and Amenos respectively.
- Earthen Root Enclave’s entrance is in southwestern High Isle. The entrance is west of the Coral Road Wayshrine.
- Graven Deep’s entrance is located in southern Amenos, on the docks of Amenos Station.
- Both dungeons include a Normal version in addition to a challenging Veteran version. Each dungeon features challenging Hard Modes for each of their three boss encounters.
- There are unique item sets, including two new Undaunted Monster Mask sets, only available within the Dungeons.

Bug Fixes
General
- Increased XP granted from killing monsters and player characters in Cyrodiil and Imperial City by 10%.
- Increased XP granted from completing quests in Cyrodiil, Imperial City and Battlegrounds by 10%.
- Two guards at Bruma’s quartermasters will no longer be buried up to their necks in the snow.
Imperial City
- Increased the monster density in the Ebonheart Level 1, Ebonheart Level 2, and Aldmeri Level 1 Sewer areas.
- Fixed an issue where faction guards at Imperial City control points would attack fleeing Imperial Citizens.
General
- Fixed an issue where the Silver Rose Motif would appear invisible.
- Fixed an issue with the Nazaray Arms Pack where the off-hand weapon was not displaying its visual effects.

- Added audio for the opening and closing of the loot window for generic containers, whereas previously a sound would only play when looting corpses.

- Fixed a long outstanding issue where deconstructing shields with the “Intricate” trait will now correctly grant additional inspiration and materials.
- Adjusted various trait-related Jewelrycrafting items so they are a bit easier to obtain:
- Increased the number of Slaughterstones that will drop from weekly Trial reward coffers.
- Increased the chance to obtain Dibellium from LFG Daily Rewards.
- Increased the chance to get Aurbic Amber from Psijic Portals.
- Increased the chance to get Pulverized Titanium outside of Summerset.
- Lowered the cost of Dawn-Prism from 100,000 AP to 25,000 AP.
- Lowered the cost of Gilding Wax from 20 Writ vouchers to 5 vouchers.
Writs
- Fixed an issue where the Mahogany Ice Staff wouldn’t appear under Quest Only options in crafting daily Writs.
Dungeons
- Reduced the health of all bosses in Veteran difficulty.
Trials
- Reduced the health of all bosses, Champions and Bannermen in Veteran difficulty.
General
- Fixed an issue where some morphing collectibles were hidden in the Collections interface when locked/uncollected.
- Updated the Help entries for Indriks and morphing collectibles for modernity and clarity.
- Fixed an issue where Nenulaure, the Indrik Vendor, would report you for crimes.
General
- Fixed an issue where loot in Dragonstar Arena could incorrectly drop with the Training trait.
- Removed the level requirement (Level 1) from Disguises and Survey Reports.
- Fixed several small, textual typos and other issues.
- Fixed an issue where some interactable objects were not animating properly.
- The Skyshard in the Crimson Cove public dungeon will now properly appear on the map on both the upper and lower levels of the dungeon.
- Body and head markings, and other collectibles, can now be previewed when sold at a vendor.
- Fixed an issue where Bind on Pickup tradeable items that are banked would continue to show as tradeable after the timer expired.
- Fixed an issue where previewing items from merchants while mounted would kick you out of the store and dismount your character.
- Criminals and players with Stage 4 Vampirism can now interact with Pack Merchants.
- Multiple lower quality items will now stack to 200 instead of 100:Spoiler
- Fixed an issue causing some of the Cyrodiil Gear Vendor bags to give level 1 items instead of items scaled to your character’s level. This affected the following item bags:
- Unidentified Light Armor

Achievements
- Fixed an issue where certain achievements that required completion of a Trial with a certain time period were not functioning correctly.
General
- Fixed an issue that caused the search filter boxes in Housing Editor menus to fail to work properly.
- Extended the furnishing preview stage to ensure that even very large furnishings do not reveal the edge of the stage.
Furnishings
- Previewing furnishings with multiple states no longer skips the transitions between those states. This allows you to preview how music boxes open and close, as an example.
- Renamed the furniture category “Fences” to “Walls and Fences.” Additionally, the following walls and fences have been moved from the Building Component category to the Walls and Fences category:

- Corrected some minor visual issues with the textures at the corners of certain Tales of Tribute tapestry furnishings.
- Sealed a very small gap in the textures for the “Dwarven Work Lamp, Powered Floor” furnishing near the top of the central column.
- The beam of light for the “Ayleid Lightwell” antiquity furnishing now correctly rotates with the rest of the lightwell, instead of rotating unpredictably.
- The “Hollowjack Lantern, Ouroboros” furnishing’s tooltip now correctly states that it is interactable.
- The “Mushroom, Glowing Trumpet” luxury furnishing is now Superior (blue) quality, instead of Epic (purple), to better match its price point. Its price and visuals remain unchanged.
- Fixed some small texture issues around the border of the back side of several Tribute tapestries.
- Fixed an issue that caused the “Sea Elf Galleon Helm” antiquity furnishing to only spin back and forth twice, and then stop moving. This furnishing now spins continuously when activated and stops when deactivated.
- Fixed an issue where Cadwell (or his mighty steed, Honor) would fail to appear when interacting with Cadwell’s Astounding Portal.
- Improved the preview positioning for the “Target Deadlands Harvester, Trial” and “Common Cargo, Reinforced” furnishings, to better match other furnishings.
Homes
- Fixed an issue where the entry stairs for Lakemire Xanmeer Manor could appear blurry or low resolution when inside the home.
- Fixed an issue where two of the benches placed in Highhallow Hold’s pre-furnished version could not be sat in until adjusted.
- Ossa Accentium will now properly appear on the Map UI list.
General
- Fixed various crashes that could occur when jumping between worlds or logging out.
- Fixed a rare issue that would cause a gift sender to receive an incorrect messages when sending gifts.
- Fixed a rare crash that could occur involving particle effects.
- Fixed a rare crash related to item effects that was most likely to occur in large fights with many weapon effects nearby.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when holding down an input while logging out.
General
- Fixed more NPCs and spawned objects that were clipping, floating, or sunken into the ground across various zones.
- Fixed numerous issues involving the movement of guards, citizens, and animals in cities.
- Fixed more issues with missing nameplates from monsters.
- Fixed numerous typos in quest dialogue, VO, and books.
- Fixed some VO timing in quests that fell out of whack.
Alik’r Desert
- Undying Loyalty: Musi has a new interaction camera that isn’t quite so close to the dog’s slobbery nose.
Bangkorai
- Freedom’s Chains: The collapsed version of Draven will no longer be interactable, as his state of unconsciousness should be visually obvious rather than requiring confirmation in “dialogue.”
Craglorn
- The Troll Colossus at the end of the Nirncrux Mine waves no longer uses Spreading Poison.
Elsweyr Prologue Quest
- The Halls of Colossus:
- Using “Show on Map” for the first step to enter the Halls of Colossus will now properly point you to the cart in Grahtwood.
- Player and quest pins are once again visible on the Halls of Colossus interior maps.
Greenshade
- The Marbruk Mages Guild will no longer lead you up and out onto its balconies and second floor in an effort to direct you out of the building for most quests.
Khenarthi’s Roost
- The Perils of Diplomacy: If you speed over to the Embassy after confronting Ulondil, you will no longer fail to get a spawn of Ulondil and/or the Green Lady inside the Embassy.
Main Quest
- Halls of Torment: Fixed an issue where Dark Seducers might not appear from their portals during the Lyris Doppelganger scene.
Malabal Tor
- The Captain’s Honor: Henaril will no longer undergo a complete visual makeover at the end of the quest.
Rivenspire
- Hope Lost: Your quest progress will no longer become blocked if you leave the barn after the confrontation with Emiliard and Adusa-daro, but before talking to Adusa-daro.
- Shornhelm Divided: Fixed an issue where Juberic Gane’s and Orlozag gra-Yarzol’s corpses turned into a generic Montclair Captain upon death.
Stormhaven
- A mysterious area near Friendship Gate in Stormhaven will no longer despawn assistants, pets, Companions, or anything else that follows you around.
The Rift
- A Walk Above the Clouds: The Forelhost blizzard now deals less damage than before.
Tutorial
- Fixed an issue where you could see two Blackwood portals in the tutorial portal room.
- Gates of Adamant:
- All the “Forgotten Adventurer’s” items from the tutorial can now be deconstructed.
- Fixed an issue where the High Isle portal in the Tower of Balfiera lacked its chains if you didn’t have access to the chapter.
Werewolf
- Hircine’s Hunting Grounds: Your character will now face the altar to Hircine when placing the tribute, instead of being able to kneel facing away from it.
General
- Fixed an issue where new indicators on Outfit Styles wouldn’t clear when hovering or focusing on them.
- An “Account” settings category no longer erroneously appears occasionally on the login screen.
- Allies are now found on the second page of the quickslot wheel.
- Fixed a UI error that could occur after entering Cyrodiil.
Addons
- Fixed an inconsistency between the gamepad and keyboard versions of the Deconstruction Assistant’s GetCurrentFilter() API function. Both versions now return the correct information about the active tab.
- Fixed crash that was caused by addons relating to draw tier settings.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when calling GetTributePatronIdAtIndex from Lua.
Combat
- Fixed an issue where your previewed Weapon or Spell damage in the Character UI wouldn’t be correct, specifically while hovering over a weapon when your primary weapon slot is empty.
- Fixed a UI error that could occur while respeccing in Werewolf form.
Gamepad Mode
- Fixed some tutorials related to the Gamepad UI that were showing old or invalid information.
- Fixed an issue where the intro music selection option would not appear in the Gamepad UI options.
- Fixed an issue where non-combat pets could show additional tags in their tooltips.
- Fixed a UI error that could occur while backing out of the Gamma screen when first starting the game.
- Fixed an issue where your character would move while using the left stick to scroll around the player interaction wheel.
- The right tooltip panel is now hidden when previewing equipment at a vendor to prevent it from covering up your character.
Guilds
- Fixed a UI error that could occur at the Guild Store UI after leaving a guild.
- Fixed an issue where the guild blacklist would be invisible after joining or leaving a guild.
Quests
- Quest overhead icons now update properly in quests where you can optionally talk to NPCs before departing from your current location.
