Escape the Backrooms update 1 is now available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official Escape the Backrooms patch notes, the latest update added quality of life changes and fixes.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues with the game. Today’s Escape the Backrooms patch 1 will address a few of these issues.

Escape the Backrooms Patch Notes – August 12, 2022
- Minor balancing in the Level Fun arcade room.
- Minor balancing in the End.
- Fixed an issue with infinitely falling in the Poolrooms.
- Fixed an issue with getting stuck on Level Run at the last door.
- Fixed an issue with players being able to enter some doors to escape the horde in Level Run.
- Fixed spectators being stuck with a white screen.
- More to come soon as I learn more details about some bugs.
