Dynasty Warriors Origins version 1.003 (1.003.000) is rolling out on PS5, PC(1.0.0.3) and Xbox(1.0.0.5). According to the official Dynasty Warriors Origins game update 1.003 patch notes, the latest update introduces the Gold Serpent Spear, new Rumor and Graphics settings, and adjustments to enemy invulnerability and event controls. Apart from this, DW Origins update 1.003 update also adds multiple fixes for UI, items, and abilities.

Settings & Gameplay Adjustments
- Rumor Settings Added – Adjust how frequently rumors play on the World Map and mute them if desired.
- Frame Skip Option Added – Found in Graphics Settings; turning it off with VRR may improve visual smoothness.
- Reduced Enemy Invulnerability – Shortened the duration of enemy invincibility during Rage mode animations.
- Event Controls Expanded – Events can now be paused with the TouchPad button, and UI elements can be hidden.
- Improved Controller Vibration – On Steam/Xbox Series X|S, “Full Experience” vibration mode now affects more areas of the controller for actions like attacking and charging.
Bug Fixes
- UI & Text Clarity Fixed – Resolved an issue causing text to appear unclear at high resolutions.
- Officer Highlighting Issue Fixed – Officers will no longer be highlighted incorrectly when the setting is turned off.
- Item & Ability Fixes:
- Incense of Vitality now properly heals allies when used.
- Adamantine Flesh (Crescent Blade) upgrade boost now works correctly after mastering.
- Azure Dragon Bellow (Crescent Blade) now scales properly with upgrade levels.
- Fixed unintended damage from canceling certain Battle Arts with special-effect Battle Arts.
- Other minor bug fixes implemented.
