Dying Light 2 update 1.66 (1.21.3) is available to download on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Dying Light 2 version 1.66 patch notes, the latest update improves Tower Raid mode, rebalancing bounties and rooftop fights while adding achievements and floors for rotations. Apart from his Dying Light 2 patch 1.66 (version 1.065) also fixes AI replication, clipping issues, geometry-blocking bugs, and teleport glitches.

Fixes:
- Fixed issues with one of the toughest enemies:Â fire extinguishers
- Rebalanced bounties
- Added new achievements
- Resolved multiple AI replication issues (more to come)
- Included more floors for the Quick & Regular mode rotations
- Gameplay balance and difficulty adjustments on some of the floors
- Rebalanced the rooftop fight
- Fixed clipping issues with chests and small bins
- Added further fixes for players being blocked by geometry
- Shortened the time needed to apply medicine
- Fixed an issue with players teleporting outside the map
- Various bug fixes
Previously, a major Dying Light 2 update 1.60 added Winter Tales: Gifts from Above 2024 event with festive fun and rewards to Villedor. The upcoming Dying Light 2 patch 1.66 will fix the remaining issues.
