Dying Light 2 Update 1.28 Patch Notes – Feb. 15, 2023

Dying Light 2 update 1.28 is rolling out on PC, PS4, PS5(Version 1.028.000), and Xbox. According to the official Dying Light 2 1.28 patch notes, the latest hotfix resolves stability issues with the game. Apart from his Dying Light 2 patch 1.28 (1.028) also includes performance improvements.

Previously, a major Dying Light 2 patch 1.25 added new features and changes to the game. Recently, DL2 update 1.27 was also released with various tweaks. Unfortunately, some players are still facing bugs and various issues with the coop and multiplayer. Today’s Dying Light 2 version 1.28 will fix a few of these issues.

  • Disabled XeSS upscalers for AMD graphic card users. Selecting XeSS in the video options menu no longer causes a driver crash.
  • Fixed crash which could occur while swapping weapons in the inventory menu.
  • Fixed the issue with enlarged multiple icons and HUD elements.
  • Fixed several localization and item description issues.
  • Fixed various game crashing bugs.
  • Added general stability fixes.
  • Added performance improvements.
  • Other minor under-the-hood fixes.
