Game Mode Adjustments

Legendary Warrior Face-Off (New Mode)

  • A time-limited mode where players face an extremely powerful character.
  • Only available during specific periods.

Functionality Adjustments

Episode Battle

  • Players can now change difficulty even when using a Dragon Orb.

Custom Battle

  • Added more situations, effects, and customizable text.

Player Match

  • Quick Match now immediately pairs players instead of entering a room.
  • “Quick Room Search” added for faster matchmaking.

Ranked Match

  • Disconnect penalty introduced: A wait time before matching begins based on disconnect frequency.

Battle Setup

  • Controls explanation is now visible when selecting a character.

Training Mode

  • New option added: “Guarding After Attacks” for CPU opponents.

Battle System Adjustments

Charge Attacks (Smash Attack/Rush Chain)

  • No longer recoil while charging if hit by a Rush Attack or Rush Ki Blast in Sparking! Mode.

Rush Attack

  • Reduced chances of mistakenly inputting a Smash Attack during Rush Attacks.

Grand Slash

  • Hitting a falling opponent with another Grand Slash now causes a spinning blow-away effect.

Rush Ki Blast

  • High-Speed Evasion is now disabled when hit by a Rush Ki Blast.

Smash Ki Blast

  • Increased vulnerability when firing while moving.

Perception / Super Perception

  • Now consumes a certain amount of Ki upon activation.
  • Increased cooldown before the next action can be performed.

Super Counter

  • Increased delay after an unsuccessful attempt.

Speed Impact

  • Input timing for next action has been delayed.

Chase Change

  • Reduced damage from Giant Characters when Chase Changing into them.

Impact Recovery

  • Holding the button down now activates Impact Recovery when hitting the ground after being blown back from a Lift Strike or when spinning.

Skill Adjustments

Automatic Avoidance Skills (e.g., Wild Sense)

  • Opponents can no longer activate these skills when continuing a combo with a Rush-In.

Wild Sense

  • Reduced attack damage.

Kaioken

  • Reduced Skill Count consumption (Only for Goku (Z – Early)).

Ta-dah!

  • Reduced Skill Count consumption.

All I Need Is Five Seconds!

  • Fully recovers Ki upon use.
