Dota 2 Update 7.35b Patch Notes – December 22, 2023

Dota 2 update 7.35b is rolling out on PC(Steam). According to the official Dota 2 patch notes, the latest update introduces significant balance changes across numerous items and heroes, impacting gameplay strategy and mechanics. Apart from this, the Dota 2 patch 7.35b also resolves item-related problems.

Previously, a major Dota 2 update adds a new map, major gameplay changes, matchmaking changes, and user interface changes. Unfortunately, many players are still experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Dota 2 patch 7.35b will fix a few of these issues.

  • ITEM UPDATES:
    • Bloodstone: Bloodpact no longer restores mana.
    • Eternal Shroud: Stack duration reduced from 8s to 6s.
    • Helm of Iron Will: Armor and Health Regen bonuses reduced.
    • Kaya and Sange: Spell Amplification bonus reduced.
    • Mage Slayer: Spell Damage Debuff increased.
    • Manta Style: Attack Speed bonus increased.
    • Meteor Hammer: Recipe and total cost decreased.
    • Pavise: Armor and Health bonuses reduced.
    • Sange and Yasha: Attack Speed bonus increased.
    • Shiva’s Guard: Armor and All Attributes bonuses, Health Regen reduced.
    • Solar Crest: Changes in Armor bonus, Mana Cost, and no longer grants bonus speed on self-cast.
    • Veil of Discord: Armor bonus decreased.
    • Vladmir’s Offering: No recipe required, cost reduced, now disassemblable.
    • Yasha: Attack Speed bonus increased.
    • Yasha and Kaya: Changes in Spell Amplification and Attack Speed bonuses.
  • HERO UPDATES:
    • Abaddon: Curse of Avernus duration and DPS reduced.
    • Alchemist: Movement Slow per stack increased for Corrosive Weaponry.
    • Beastmaster: Cooldown adjustments for Call of the Wild Boar and Primal Roar.
    • Bristleback: Damage Threshold decreased.
    • Crystal Maiden: Crystal Clone loses base magic resistance.
    • Dark Willow: Base Armor increased.
    • Dazzle: Shadow Wave damage increased.
    • Death Prophet: Changes to Silence duration, Spirit Siphon Charge Restore Time, and Aghanim’s Shard Fear Duration.
    • Elder Titan: Echo Stomp Wakeup Damage Threshold increased.
    • Faceless Void: Changes to Time Lock.
    • Juggernaut: Blade Fury adjustments.
    • Leshrac: Split Earth Cooldown increased, Lightning Storm Attack Slow decreased.
    • Lone Druid: Shared Lifesteal in Spirit Link decreased.
    • Lycan: Adjustments to Summon Wolves and Shapeshift.
    • Medusa: Mana Shield calculation updated.
    • Monkey King: Base Agility increased, Wukong’s Command Soldier Attack Interval decreased.
    • Morphling: Morph duration increased.
    • Muerta: Aghanim’s Shard bonus now retroactive.
    • Omniknight: Guardian Angel Base Charge Restore Time decreased.
    • Outworld Destroyer: Adjustments to Arcane Orb, Astral Imprisonment, Essence Flux, and Sanity’s Eclipse.

    • Sven: Great Cleave Strength Bonus increased.

    • Templar Assassin: Refraction and Psi Blades improvements.

Bug Fixes

Over the last few days we’ve also addressed several gameplay issues:

  • Fixed tabbing through selections being in creation order, rather than reverse creation order
  • Fixed the combat log not displaying instances of damage that occurred on the same frame from the same source to the same target
  • Fixed Block of Cheese not entering cooldown when receiving damage
  • Fixed Parasma going on cooldown when denying
  • Fixed Granite Golem’s Granite Aura not correctly adjusting health when removed
  • Fixed Batrider’s Sticky Napalm applying damage from Mage Slayer
  • Fixed Centaur Warrunner keeping the Work Horse ability after selling Aghanim’s Scepter
  • Fixed Centaur Warrunner’s Hitch A Ride ability being in the wrong slot if applying Aghanim’s Blessing
  • Fixed Medusa having any damage shield making Dagger items unmuteable
  • Fixed Meepo’s Earthbind talent not giving the intended 2.5s cooldown reduction
  • Fixed Meepo levelling Divided We Stand on a clone not giving Meepo the correct stats
  • Fixed Muerta’s Dead Shot interrupting some movement abilities on units that are debuff immune
  • Fixed enemies being able to see Slardar’s Bash of the Deep modifier stack count changing when he’s hidden in the Fog of War
  • Fixed Storm Spirit’s Attack Range when Overloaded talent not working correctly with Aghanim’s Shard
  • Fixed Vengeful Spirit’s Nether Swap barrier not being refreshable
  • Fixed Viper’s break particles being shown incorrectly
  • Fixed Wraith King’s Skeletons following invisible units
  • Fixed inconsistencies in Spell Amplification/Damage tooltips
