Holy City of Aratum

  • Replaced final-phase Mancubus spawns with Imps.

  • Removed Chaingunners.

Siege Part 1

  • Removed respawns for Hell Knight & Imp Stalker after Village Morale break.

  • Removed Stone Imps and one Nightmare Imp Stalker in Swamp Morale.

Siege Part 2

  • Removed Hell Knight respawns in Tank Hangar.

Forsaken Plains

  • Removed one Arachnotron from each tower objective.

Hellbreaker

  • Removed additional Revenant in final encounter.

Sentinel Command Station

  • Removed multiple ambushes and additional Revenant/Vagary fight spawns.

Reckoning

  • Added new secret ambushes and Wraithstone surprise encounter.

  • Replaced Nightmare Imp Stalker with Imp Stalker in first encounter.


Tweaks & Adjustments

Atlan

  • Improved Brink of Death survivability across all difficulties.

  • Slightly increased Titan kill health rewards.

Prince Ahzrak

  • Reduced projectile acceleration from Super Dive Bomb.

  • Reduced Spear Throw damage to prevent single-shot Shield breaks under 2.0x enemy damage.

The Old One

  • Increased Glory Strike healing.

  • Reduced Gravity Well explosion damage scaling.

Cacodemon

  • Reduced Lightning Wall projectile speed.

Cosmic Baron

  • Reduced Guillotine Projectile damage; fixed extra unintended damage.

Combat Feedback

  • Increased gore activation consistency across weapons and enemies.

  • Adjusted ragdolls for melee attacks and Shield Charge.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Brink of Death triggering incorrectly on Atlan.

  • Fixed erroneous Shield block VFX on environmental damage.

  • Fixed Lore Nerd Milestone completion issue.

  • Fixed Perfection Skin not unlocking after force-quitting during third Ripatorium match.

  • Resolved rare menu corruption bug swapping Campaign and Ripatorium menus.

Previously, a major update 1.005 added quality of life changes and fixes. Unfortunately, since the release, players have been experiencing several issues. Doom The Dark Ages update 1.010 will fix a few of these issues. The remaining issues will be addressed in the upcoming Doom The Dark Ages update 1.012.
