Disney Speedstorm update 1.28 details released for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox consoles. Login Calendar
- Introduction: Claim daily rewards by logging in.
- Availability: New feature in Season 8.
UI/UX Improvements
- Racer Profile Tab: Upgrade Racer button no longer selected by default.
- Racer Skills: Viewable without unlocking the Racer.
- Main Menu Navigation: Direct access to Racer and Party profile tabs.
- Button Positioning: Racers button moved closer to Play button.
Duplicate Exchange Flow
- Animation Flow: Shortened when converting duplicates to Season Coins.
Unique Skill Fixes
- Mickey Mouse: Fixed invulnerability issue.
- Minnie Mouse: Correct speed boost activation.
- Randall: Fixed persistent visual effect.
- Jumba: Correct targeting in Team Mode.
- Angel: Fixed invulnerability and speed boost issues.
- Joy: Correct speed boost activation.
- Hercules: Teammates receive invulnerability correctly.
Teammate Unique Skill Interaction Issue
- Issue Identified: Unique Skills items being destroyed by teammates’ skills.

- Fear: Now has voice lines in-game.
Season Boxes & Credits Adjustments
Epic Rarity Season Boxes
- Racer Shards: Increased drop rate from 15% to 30%.
- Common Crew Shards: Decreased drop rate from 40% to 30%.
- Rare Crew Shards: Decreased drop rate from 30% to 20%.
Rare Rarity Season Boxes
- Racer Shards: Increased drop rate from 20% to 40%.
- Common Crew Shards: Decreased drop rate from 45% to 35%.
- Rare Crew Shards: Decreased drop rate from 30% to 25%.
Common Rarity Season Boxes
- Racer Shards: Increased drop rate from 40% to 45%.
- Common Crew Shards: Decreased drop rate from 30% to 25%.
Season Box Credits
- Adjustment: Even split between Season Box Credits and Reward Capsules in Golden Pass and Season Tour.
- Total Rewards: Remain the same as Season 8 Part 1.
General Fixes and Improvements
- Game Crashes: Various fixes across all platforms.
- Loading Screen: Resolved issue of players getting stuck.
- Filter Selection: Persistence on Racer Collection tab between sessions.
Recently, a major Disney Speedstorm Season 3 “ʻOhana” update 1.04 introduced significant updates to customization, UI enhancements, new customization options, limited-time events, racer additions, voiceovers, and general fixes and improvements.
