Disney Speedstorm update 1.09 details released for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox consoles. Accroding to the official Disney Speedstorm patch notes, the latest Disney Speedstorm’s Season 3 “ʻOhana” update, inspired by Lilo & Stitch, brings improvements to the Starter Circuit and Teleport Skill, along with new features like Private Track and a Daily Box in the Shop. Updates go live on August 1. Apart from this, Disney Speedstorm patch 1.08(1.000.008) also includes various bug fixes.
Recently, a minor Disney Speedstorm update 1.04 added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing various issues with the game. Today’s Disney Speedstorm version 1.08 (1.000.008) will address a few of these issues.

Disney Speedstorm Patch Notes – July 25, 2023
- Starter Circuit:
- The Starter Circuit is being revamped to enhance the onboarding experience for new players.
- It will now have 3 chapters instead of the previous 6 chapters.
- After completion, players can replay the Starter Circuit via the Settings menu.
- Players who launch the game during Season 3 will receive various rewards.
- Common Skills – Teleport:
- Changes are being made to the Teleport Skill based on community feedback.
- The probability of picking up Teleport is being decreased.
- The distance from which Teleport starts to be picked up will be increased.
- The distance a racer is teleported when closer to the 1st position will be decreased, while the distance for those further from the 1st position will be increased.
- Game Modes – Private Track:
- Players can now select any Racer in Private Track, even if they have not unlocked them.
- Mid-season Racers will become available for selection in Private Track & Local Freeplay after their Time Limited Events conclude.
- Racers will be available at different preset Upgrade & Star levels without Crews in this game mode.
- Game Modes – Regulated Multiplayer:
- The correct MPR (Matchmaking Points Requirement) levels of Racers will now be shown in the Regulated Multiplayer race intro screen.
- Menus/User Interface (UI):
- Singleplayer and Multiplayer game modes are separated into their own dedicated menus.
- The Shop now includes a new free Daily Box, accessible once per day.
- Performance improvements when accessing the shop on certain platforms.
- New season’s Collections will no longer appear hidden when a new season starts.
- PS+ Rewards will no longer appear locked when linking multiple accounts.
- General Fixes:
- PS+ Rewards and new season’s Collections display issues are addressed.
