Diablo 4 Update 1.99 Patch Notes (D4 Patch 2.5.1) – December 18, 2025

Diablo 4 update 1.99 (2.5.1) is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Diablo 4 1.99 patch notes, the latest update improves Sanctification clarity, adjusts Season Rank requirements, adds new dungeon audio cues, and delivers extensive Paladin fixes. Apart from this, today’s D4 update 1.99 also fixes multiple Capstone Dungeon, gameplay, accessibility, and UI issues.
