Diablo 4 Update 1.91 Patch Notes (D4 Patch 1.91)

Diablo 4 update 1.91 (2.3.2) is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Diablo 4 1.91 patch notes, the latest update fixes major quest progression blockers, dungeon bugs, and gameplay inconsistencies. Apart from this, today’s D4 update 1.91 also includes accessibility and UI improvements.

Diablo 4 update 2.3.2 Summary

• Fixed multiple issues related to Horadric Quests and Season Journey progression blockers.
• Resolved several dungeon and Escalating Nightmare affix bugs.
• Echo of Lilith and other boss fights no longer bug out due to health triggers.
• Screen Reader now properly reads chat channels and tabs for accessibility.
• General performance, visual, and UI enhancements applied.

Gameplay Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Kirma could be lured out of the boss area in Kichuk Stronghold.
• Resolved a bug where Endurant Faith unique gloves could cause Lucky Hit effects to target the player.
• Fixed Echo of Lilith getting stuck in Phase 1 when health dropped too fast.
• Addressed access issues to the Guardian’s Lair in The Pit.

• Screen Reader now correctly reads chat channels and tabs.

Seasonal Quest Fixes

• Wisdom’s Chosen Quest now progresses even if the Bandit’s Scrawl is dropped.
• Torn Scroll item from The Priestess Quest can now be removed from inventory.
• Prevented socketing a Horadric Jewel into non-jewelry items with an existing socketed item.
• Fixed an issue where claiming Season Journey rewards could fail when multiple chapters were available.

Dungeons and Events

Dungeon Fixes

• Warmaster no longer spawns inside Strongroom in Maugan’s Works.
• Strongroom exit now accessible regardless of boss status.
• Sunken Library cannot be completed without defeating the final boss.
• Players are now correctly rewarded with a Horadric Reward Cache after completing an Escalating Nightmare Dungeon with the Equipment Delve affix.

Affix Fixes

• Cultist Horde affix now correctly applies Bonus Life.

• Lesser Aegis affix now applies correct barrier values.

Other Event Fixes

• Escalating Nightmares now continue even when base dungeon and Strongroom share a boss.
• Fixed Butcher getting stuck on Horadric Chests.
• Prevented Animus from disappearing when too many items are on the ground.
• Resolved missing reward chests after mastering the Ravenous Soul event.
• Last Stand event completion inside Strongrooms no longer counts as dungeon completion.

Miscellaneous Fixes

• Fixed map icon for Horadric Gateway disappearing unexpectedly.
• Applied general improvements to stability, performance, visuals, and UI.

Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.12 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players are experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 patch 1.91 will address a few of these issues.
