Diablo 4 update 1.86 (2.2.1a) is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Diablo 4 1.86 patch notes, the latest update fixes Map icon glitch and repeating quest notifications. Stability and performance enhancements included. Apart from this, today’s D4 update 1.86 also fixes a bug where Seasonal Quest Belial’s Unveiling was repeatedly appearing.

Incorrect Icon Removed: Fixed an issue where an erroneous icon appeared on the minimap in Ked Bardu.
Boss & Quest Fixes

Belial Fight Access: Resolved a bug preventing Eternal players on higher Torment Difficulties from engaging Belial.

Seasonal Quest Notification: Fixed an issue where the Belial’s Unveiling quest notification would repeat after completion.
