Diablo 4 update 1.70 (2.0.4c) is available to download on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox consoles. According to the official Diablo 4 1.70 patch notes, the latest update improves server performance, and resolving launcher and crashing issues. Apart from this, today’s D4 update 1.70 also focuses on fixing key bugs like the Obducite drop and Scroll of Escape health issue.

Fixes and Improvements
Nightmare Dungeons
- Fixed an issue where Obducite could drop outside of a Nightmare Dungeon after a Sigil was activated.
Scroll of Escape
- Resolved a bug where player health would drop to 1 and healing would not work after using a Scroll of Escape following an Impending Doom event in the Dark Citadel.
Server Performance
- Various server performance and stability improvements to enhance gameplay experience.
Game Crashes
- Fixed various game crashing issues.
Launcher
- Addressed launcher-related issues for better startup reliability
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.12 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players are experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 patch 1.70 will address a few of these issues.
