Diablo 4 patch 1.23 details released for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox consoles. Accroding to the official Diablo 4 1.23 patch notes, the latest update brings armor improvements to Malignant Hearts and removes level requirements for World Tiers III and IV. Apart from this, today’s Diablo 4 update 1.23 also fixes drop rate and collection bugs and enhances game stability.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.12 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects, fixes bugs related to accessibility, challenges, cooperative play, dungeons, gameplay, quests, UI, and more. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 update 1.23 will address a few of these issues.

Season of the Malignant
Items
- Malignant Hearts will now always grant armor that directly maps with their item power.
World Tiers
- Removed the level requirement for World Tiers III and IV.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the overall drop rate of Aberrant Cinders in Helltide was lower than intended.
- Fixed an issue where Seeds of Hatred could be collected at an extreme rate when using the Hatred’s Chosen buff against Necromancer minions and Druid pets. This buff has now been re-enabled with this hotfix.
Miscellaneous
- Further stability improvements.
