Blizzard has released a new Diablo 4 update 1.110 (v3.0.3) on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 1.110 patch notes, the latest D4 update 3.0.3 resolves several Expansion quest blockers, removes major War Plan exploits involving infinite spawns, and fixes progression issues in Cosmic Archives and Wretched Delve. Today’s D4 update 1.110 (version 1.110.000) also improve Barbarian combat behavior, restore Ball Lightning Core functionality visibility, and correct reward scaling for higher Torment content.

- Fixed tracking indicators disappearing during the Fortune’s Fool quest after teleporting away and returning.
- Fixed a missing bridge issue during the Death quest.
- Fixed an issue where interacting with the Sigil of Tal Rasha too early during The Initiate could stop progression.
- Fixed invisible Siege Towers appearing during the Smothered Flame quest.
- Fixed an issue where the Beast of Thorns in A Devil in the Garden could jump into unreachable areas and block completion.
- Fixed an issue preventing completion of the Nahantu side quest Scales of History due to unobtainable Elixirs.
- The Scales of History quest no longer requires an Elixir to continue.
- Fixed Cosmic Archives Stronghold progression issues caused by enemies being defeated too far from encounter areas.
- Fixed an issue where leaving the Cosmic Archives Stronghold for an extended time could block progression.
- Fixed a premature fog wall spawn in the Wretched Delve boss arena that blocked dungeon progress.
War Plans
- Fixed an exploit allowing the Amalgam of Rage boss to be summoned infinitely in Nightmare Dungeons.
- Fixed a War Plan node issue that enabled endless Goblin spawns.
- Fixed missing Grim Favor rewards when defeating Duriel in the Duriel’s Invasion War Plan event.
- Fixed an issue preventing the Artificer’s Obelisk from spawning when specific War Plan modifiers were active in party play.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue allowing the same Aspect to be Transfigured twice on one item.
- Fixed scenarios where multiple Unique charms could be equipped simultaneously.
- Fixed a visual issue causing Barbarians to repeatedly shrink and grow while using the Sescheron’s Fury Talisman set.
- Fixed an issue where Dirge of Odium removed more than 10% Max Wrath per second.
- Fixed an invisible wall when exiting Temis.
- Added various stability, visual, text, and performance improvements.
Base Game
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Murl’s Bag of Obols rewarding fewer Obols than intended on higher Torment difficulties.
- Fixed missing Artificer’s Favor rank progression when completing lower Tower tiers after reaching higher ones.
- Fixed Barbarian Lunging Strike with the Whirling Enhancement failing to create Dust Devils at close range.
- Updated the Ball Lightning tooltip to correctly identify it as a Core skill.
- Fixed the Encroaching Death debuff persisting after respawning during the Tormented Echo of Duriel encounter.
- Fixed the Chromatic Aberration setting not being able to be enabled.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.06 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players have been experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.110 will address a few of these issues.
