Blizzard has released a new Diablo 4 update 1.103 on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 1.103 patch notes, the latest update focuses on improving accessibility to Bloodsoaked content, strengthening key enemies, and resolving multiple gameplay and reward issues in Season of Slaughter. Today’s D4 update 1.103 (version 1.103.000) also addresses crashes, visual effects, and overall stability.

Gameplay Updates
- Reduced the difficulty of Bloodsoaked Sigils significantly.
- Added a stash and Blacksmith to Kael Rills’ Butcher shop to allow salvaging and storing items locally.
- Increased the health of Butcher instances in the Fields of Hatred significantly.
Bug Fixes
Accessibility
- Fixed an issue where the Screen Reader did not fully function in the Ensembles section of the wardrobe.
Season of Slaughter
- Fixed an issue where one of the Butcher’s attacks was invisible on low graphics settings.
- Fixed an issue where the camera malfunctioned in local co-op when both players transformed into the Butcher.
- Fixed an issue where not all party members properly transformed when entering a Slaughterhouse.
- Fixed an issue where the Kill Streak affix did not grant Willpower for Druids.
- Fixed an issue where activating Shrine of Slaughter removed active incense and elixir buff icons.
- Fixed an issue where the Hell Charge skill did not consume resources.
- Fixed an issue where the Bloodlust tooltip incorrectly suggested passive resource regeneration.
- Fixed an issue where Bloodied Scythes and 2-Handed Maces were cheaper than intended at the Butcher’s Shop in Gea Kul.
- Fixed an issue where Fields of Crimson Unique Power did not function on the Crucible transmog.
- Fixed an issue where Necromancer minions could block player movement when entering a Slaughterhouse.
- Fixed an issue where Bloodied Nightmare Dungeons did not match normal Nightmare Dungeons in Obducite drop chances.
- Fixed multiple issues where Season Rank Objectives or Capstone Completions failed to grant rewards or could not be completed.
- Fixed multiple instances of Teyana appearing in unexpected locations during the Seasonal quest.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where the Ring of Red Furor was missing its icon.
- Fixed an issue where Tower bosses Thuneros and Herald of Darkness had significantly less life than intended.
- Fixed an issue where winged visual effects were missing in Paladin’s Arbiter form.
- Fixed an issue where Blind Burrows dungeon progression could be blocked if the boss was defeated before the objective updated.
- Fixed an issue where players on Windows 10 Version 1909 could crash when launching the game.
- Implemented various stability, visual, performance, and audio improvements.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.064 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players have been experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.103 will address a few of these issues.
