Blizzard has released a new Diablo 4 update 1.092 (v2.3.3) on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 1.092 patch notes, the latest update fixes an issue where Horadric Tomes sometimes did not drop. Today’s D4 update 1.092 (version 1.092.000) also resolves an issue where some quests would randomly stop being tracked.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Horadric Tomes sometimes did not drop when expected.
- Fixed an issue with Escalating Nightmares where the Vile Hive dungeon didn’t properly escalate if the Agony boss was defeated in a Horadric Strongroom.
- Fixed an issue where some quests would randomly stop being tracked.
- Fixed an issue where the Druid’s Wolves’ attacks did not always get increased damage from Aspect of the Alpha or the Lust for Carnage Paragon Node while the Unique item Storm’s Companion was equipped.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.064 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players have been experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.092 will address a few of these issues.
