Blizzard has released a new Diablo 4 update 1.090 (2.3) on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 1.090 patch notes, the latest update fixes an issue where Horadric Phials were not dropping at the intended rate. Today’s D4 update 1.090 (version 1.090.000) also includes stability fixes.

Developer Note: We will have a follow-up Hotfix to address a bug with the low droprate of Arcana in Horadric Strongrooms. We also plan to fix a bug with Nightmare Sigil drops not being rewarded upon completing a dungeon.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.064 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players have been experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.090 will address a few of these issues.
