Diablo 4 Update 1.075 Patch Notes for PS5 (Version 1.075.000)

Diablo 4 update 1.075 (2.1.1) is available to download on PS5 (Version 1.075.000), Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 1.075 patch notes, the latest update also improves tooltips, icons, and UI for better clarity. Today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.075 (version 1.075.000) also addresses issues in Dark Citadel, Witch Powers, Headhunts, Rootholds, Occult Gems, Seasonal Quests, Armory, and gameplay mechanics.

Game Updates

  • Qax Rune Tooltip: The description for the Qax Rune has been updated to better explain how it works.
  • Unique Spiritborn Rings: The icons for these rings have been updated to make them easier to tell apart.
  • Season of Witchcraft:
    • Forgotten Altars: These now spawn more often.
    • Ravens of the Tree: More ravens appear in Headhunt Zones. (Some players say the area feels more “unkind” now.)
    • UI Improvements: Added new UI elements to track Headhunt progress and spawning Headrotten Bosses. All existing UI elements have been adjusted to better show activity progress and important locations.
    • Whisper Bounties: Two new bounties have been added.
    • Headhunt Icons: New icons have been added to make Headhunts visually distinct.
  • Armory:
    • A new button has been added to easily delete loadouts.
    • Armory locations in cities have been adjusted to make them easier to access.
    • Various updates to improve the overall user experience.

Bug Fixes

Dark Citadel

  • Fixed players getting stuck outside the maze during the Faeroch encounter.
  • Fixed Incenses of Fortitude and Rushing Wind disappearing after death.
  • Fixed bosses Vorshok and Hurstt targeting players in stealth.
  • Fixed players infinitely reviving themselves during the Impending Doom wipe using Scrolls of Generosity.
  • Fixed loot disappearing when returning via a party member’s portal.

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed Witch Powers being swapped during Kurast Undercity runs.
  • Fixed the Resolute Tributes description not clarifying it doesn’t affect the whole party.
  • Fixed the Qua Rune being listed as Rare at the Jeweler when it’s actually Magic.
  • Fixed the Hireling Commander achievement not unlocking on Console if first earned on PC.
  • Fixed Tempering Glaives or Quarterstaves not counting toward the Potent Alterations Achievement.

Accessibility

  • Fixed Screen Reader issues in the Witchcraft Powers tab, Party Finder menu, Trade chat, Clan chat, Armory, Wardrobe, and Witchcraft windows.

Season of Witchcraft

  • Witch Powers:
    • Fixed Doom Orb taking too long to return if its target died mid-flight.
    • Fixed Learned Grimoires (after the first one) not being consumable or removable. (You can now sell them to vendors.)
    • Fixed Decay Augmentation tooltip mentioning “Base Damage” instead of just “Damage.”
    • Fixed Aura of Lament not triggering with certain powers like Breath of the Coven.
    • Fixed Forgotten Powers not unlocking in the Witchcraft tab after learning them.
    • Fixed Firebat Servants not triggering Hex of Whispers.
    • Fixed Life Link’s visual effect linking to more than 3 enemies.
    • Fixed Vengeful Spirit not disappearing when unequipping the associated power.
    • Fixed Witch Powers not displaying properly in Fields of Hatred.
    • Fixed Firebat Servants spawning every 2 seconds instead of 3.
    • Fixed Sorcerer’s Primordial Binding passive not working with Witch Powers with the Summon tag.
    • Fixed Grow power causing minions to grow multiple times when transitioning zones.
  • Headhunts and Whispers:
    • Fixed the circle disappearing early during the Dispel Whisper bounty.
    • Fixed Wisps not spawning during the Whisper bounty if previously completed with 10 Grim Favors.
    • Fixed Elite monsters running away when spawned by Seeker Frogs or Entangled villagers.
    • Fixed Large Cocoons blocking projectiles.
    • Fixed enemies spawning inside Backwater during a Headhunt.

    • Fixed Vile Phylactery Occult Gem granting double stats with a Witch Power equipped. (You can now sell them to vendors.)
    • Fixed Moonlight Ward’s effect not activating immediately when equipped.

Seasonal Questline

  • Fixed Ouna not following the player into the boss fight during “A Friend in Need.”
  • Fixed incorrect Roothold locations in quest objectives.
  • Fixed “Whispers in the Wind” quest being auto-tracked after completing other quests.
  • Fixed Enraged Headless Husk having too much health during “Oaths and Debts.”
  • Fixed Headless Husk bosses not damaging players in certain locations.
  • Fixed Headless Husk bosses getting stuck.
  • Fixed Season Journey objectives for Coven’s Favor not completing if players skipped ranks. (Affected players will now complete missed objectives when advancing to a new rank.)

Armory

  • Fixed Armory loading Sorcerer Enchantments that aren’t unlocked.
  • Fixed missing or inaccurate icons and text.

Gameplay

  • Fixed Bone Breaker Legendary Paragon Node not stacking fast enough during weapon swapping.

  • Fixed NPC disappearing during the “Late Shipment” quest.
  • Fixed Level 300 Paragon Achievement not unlocking on Eternal characters if a character reached level 100 before Season of Hatred.
  • Fixed Living Nightmare Achievement unlocking in Torment I instead of Torment II or higher.
  • Various performance, stability, visual, audio, and UI fixes.

Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.064 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players have been experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 update 1.075 will address a few of these issues.
