Blizzard has released a new Diablo 4 patch 1.078 on PS5 (Version 1.078.000), Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Diablo 4 update 1.078 patch notes, the latest update focuses on fixing key bugs like the Obducite drop and Scroll of Escape health issue. Apart from this, today’s Diablo 4 patch 1.078.000 also resolves server crashing issues.

Nightmare Dungeons
- Fixed an issue where Obducite could drop outside of a Nightmare Dungeon after a Sigil was activated.
Scroll of Escape
- Resolved a bug where player health would drop to 1 and healing would not work after using a Scroll of Escape following an Impending Doom event in the Dark Citadel.
Server Performance
- Various server performance and stability improvements to enhance gameplay experience.
Game Crashes
- Fixed various game crashing issues.
Launcher
- Addressed launcher-related issues for better startup reliability.
Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.064 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players are experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 update 1.078 will address a few of these issues.
