Diablo 4 (D4) Update 2.11 Patch Notes (Patch 3.0.4)

Diablo 4 update 2.11 is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Diablo 4 2.11 patch notes, the latest D4 update 3.0.4 fixes progression blockers in quests and War Plans and resolves Greed is Good portal issues. Apart from this, today’s D4 update 2.11 also fixes Bloodwyrm damage in Helltide and prevents Rune and Gem loss when recycling Unique items.

Diablo 4 Update 3.0.4 Summary

• Fixed multiple quest and dungeon progression blockers across the Expansion.
• Resolved War Plan exploits involving infinite boss and Goblin spawns.
• Adjusted Nahantu quest requirements so Elixirs are no longer needed.

Diablo 4 version 2.11 patch notes – June 10, 2026

Quest and Progression Fixes

• Fixed a progression blocker in Of Void and Vessel that could occur if a character died during the final boss encounter or defeated the First Midwife before the objective became active.
• Fixed a War Plan progression issue that could occur after disconnecting while claiming rewards.

Nightmare Dungeon Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Path of Coin portal, available with the Greed is Good War Plan node active, could leave players trapped after teleporting out and returning.
• Fixed an issue that allowed the Greed is Good portal to be activated multiple times within the same Nightmare Dungeon.

Gameplay Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Bloodwyrms spawned by the Hellmouth War Plan modifier in Helltide could deal excessive damage without the Bound by Blood node being active.

Item Fixes

• Fixed an issue where socketed Runes or Gems could be lost when recycling a Unique Item with the Horadric Cube.

Known Issues

Console

• Cannot use the item filter in local multiplayer mode.
• Unable to claim the free cosmetic reward in couch co-op.
• World Boss may not appear on the map.
• Echoing Hatred may not correctly count Elite kills.
• Various Horadric Cube bugs remain.

PC

• Helltide overlay may disappear.
• Unable to claim the Flamefinger’s Claws Anniversary cosmetic.
• Kill 10 Butchers objective may fail to progress.
• Transfiguring may remove Critical Damage.
• Armory saves may appear greyed out for the Druid.
• Basic and Core skills may appear greyed out after reaching levels 6–8 on the Paladin class.

Previously, Diablo 4 patch 1.12 introduced new unique items and legendary aspects. Unfortunately, since the last patch 1.21, players are experiencing error codes and bugs. Today’s D4 patch 2.11 will address a few of these issues.
