Diablo 2 Resurrected update 1.03 (1.003.000) on PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. A new D2R PC update is also available. According to the official Diablo 2 Resurrected 1.03 patch notes, the latest update added various fixes and improvements on consoles. Apart from this, today’s Diablo 2 Resurrected patch 1.03 (1.003) also includes general stability fixes.
Recently, an update was released with quality of life changes. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing a number of bugs with the game.

Diablo 2 Resurrected 1.03 Patch Notes (10.5) – October 6, 2021
GENERAL
- Addressed saves for offline characters that shared the same names as their online characters.
- Fixed an issue where players are now notified that their Xbox Live accounts are being linked during account linking.
- Addressed a bug preventing players from creating a game in their region after they joined a game in a different region.
STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE
- Fixed numerous related miscellaneous bugs that would cause users games to crash.
