Check out more details below.

Deadside 0.6.0 Patch Notes – June 21, 2023

Update 0.6.0 for the game Deadside is scheduled to be released on June 21st at 11:00 AM GMT.

Deadside Servers may be temporarily unavailable during the patch deployment, and a game client update will be required.

The release of version 0.6.0 will require a base wipe, meaning all bases will need to be deleted for the update to work correctly.

  • The update will introduce inflatable boats as a new boat type, which are smaller, more maneuverable, faster, and quieter than the existing swamp boats. However, they have limited seating, are more susceptible to damage, and have smaller storage compartments.
  • Two improvements to the boats will be added: a vehicle lock to prevent theft by other players and the ability to store items inside both the inflatable and swamp boats.
  • Two new weapons, the PP-3000 (SMG) and the NK417 (DMR), will be introduced. The PP-3000 offers good recoil control and modularity, while the NK417 requires accuracy for medium to long-range combat with its 20-round magazine and decent rate of fire.
  • Smoke grenades will be added, providing players with the ability to conceal themselves, loot safely, reposition, or escape. There will be five different colors of smoke grenades that can be combined with tripwires to create color-coded traps.
  • Fishing will be introduced as a new feature, allowing players to find fishing rods and catch food.
  • Base improvements will include a redesigned tower object with stairs for easier access and better protection. Changes to base storage and fixes for exploits will also be included in the update.
